“Great service and a great tasting experience! Andrew was awesome to chat with about Hoocha’s growth and selection. The tasting room is soon to be opened, but they do intimate tastings by appointment via their website. This place is going places! We especially loved the Paloma and Pomegranate Mimosa flavors. We’re excited to come back the next time we’re in town and see how they’ve grown. Cheers!“

“Took the tour with Tyler and it was fantastic! Gave us an extra sample of the Pilsner to try and the Loft bar alone is worth the tour price. Stopped by the taproom afterwards and ordered the nachos, burger and fries and of course more taproom exclusive Lagunitas brews. 10/10 would recommend“

“The taproom here is awesome! I like to stop by after a mountain bike ride for some delicious cold beer. They open early Friday through Sunday which is perfect for me. Im usually greeted by Michael who is very nice, and knowledgeable about the company and all the different beers. Nice people here, great location, lots of fun. I highly recommend checking out this taproom. Thank you Hen house for coming to Novato. Rich“

“We are so grateful to HenHouse Brewing for their generosity in donating beer for our fundraiser to help save dogs in Contra Costa County. Their support helped make our event a huge success, and the beer itself? Absolutely phenomenal.
What makes HenHouse beer so special is how it’s made: always fresh, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. Brewed in small batches with an eye toward quality and creativity, each flavor bursts with vibrant hop character and balance. HenHouse has built a reputation for brewing with intention—showcasing the artistry of hops while keeping drinkability front and center. I agree. DELISH.
Our guests loved the lineup and I borrow this writing from online descriptions:
- Hollow Moon IPA – Bursts with tropical guava and piña colada notes from Mosaic and Sabro hops, perfectly balanced.
- Frozen Envelope IPA – A hazy, juicy treat, dripping with orange, pineapple, guava, and grapefruit. It looked like a creamsicle in a can and tasted even better.
- Big Chicken Double IPA – Bold and brimming with hops (Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, and more), this is HenHouse at its hop-forward best.
Best Life Blonde Ale – Smooth, crisp, and lightly hoppy, the perfect can to crack open any time. And great graphics!
Not only were the beers a hit, but HenHouse’s generosity and community spirit shone through. They did not just donate—they partnered with us in creating a fun, memorable experience, and I'm confident they got alot of fans post-event.
Simply put, HenHouse Brewing represents the best of Northern California craft beer: inventive, community-minded, and always brewed with passion and care. Plus their graphics are so fun!
