Parlour Pizza and Falls City Beer Join Forces in NuLu
The BFFs of flavor, pizza and beer, are coming together under one roof as Louisville's beloved Parlour Pizza opens its sixth location inside the Falls City Beer taproom at 901 E. Liberty St. on Monday, January 29th.
The opening celebration will kick off at 11am, featuring live music, Parlour's full menu of pizzas, and plenty of local Falls City brews on tap. This takes Parlour and Louisville's oldest brewery's longtime relationship to the next level. Falls City beers have long been featured at Parlour's five existing locations across the metro area.
According to Don Robinson, CEO and president of Parlour Pizza franchising, the NuLu locale is a natural fit. "With the continued growth of NuLu, an opportunity for Parlour to have a home attached to our beverage partner Falls City Beer just feels right," he said. "We can't wait to bring Parlour's elevated food and service to this entertainment and dining space."
The new space aims to blend Parlour's modern vibe with Falls City's rich history. Renovations are in the works, including an outdoor seating zone and ample parking.
Pizza and Louisville have always gone hand-in-hand. Now two local staples are combining forces to bring something new that gives a taste of true Kentucky flavor.
Besides this new spot, you can find Parlour Pizza's pies at five other places around Louisville - downtown, Jeffersontown, Clifton, New Albany and Jeffersonville.
