Great experience at Parlour in New Albany! We sat on the patio, which had a fantastic atmosphere, and the food was excellent.
Our waiter, Jay, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Great service can make all the difference, and Jay definitely did that.
We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Jay if you visit!
Waited 10 minutes to be seated because the host/receptionist/cashier took everyone in order of arrival. Taking to-go orders before seating parties seems inefficient. Pizza was not as good as it was on previous visits. Taste was a bit bland. It needed salt, and I have never had to salt a pizza before. Server was fantastic. Salad was excellent!
