“Parlour Pizza is obviously a pizza restaurant, but their chicken wings are amazing! Genuinely some of the best I have ever had and my personal favorite wings in the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. You can’t go wrong with the Hot Honey wings. (Yes I dropped the ball with no wings photo, but trust me. Just get them as an appetizer or your full meal) The pizza is also really great with flavorful ingredients. Not your typical run of the mill pizza (which is a great thing) with some great olive oil based pizza as well as red sauce options. I recommend the regular crust. I’ve never had anything bad to eat here when it comes to the pizza and wings.

Overall good solid atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food that is priced well. The only negative mark is that the service could be faster and more attentive, but the server was very friendly. Overall I cannot complain and will be a regular customer. This is a place that I hope will continue thriving for many years to come. I especially love the New Albany, IN location. Keep up the great work Parlour Pizza. 🍕 🍗“

“April 13th, 2026 Another Update: The new manager, I believe he's the new GM there, Charles, is great. He goes out of his way to take care of customers properly. I haven't had anything since he's been there except the stuffed crust pizzas but he's been doing a great job on those for sure! Updated the star rating accordingly.

Update: credit to management for at least replying to the original review, shown below. Now for an update: I didn't wait a couple of months. They started advertising a new pan pizza. Sounded good, looked good, Detroit style, I'm in. So I ordered a couple. I'm uploading one picture. The sauce was applied to both pizzas the exact same way. It's not that hard. A real small line near the edge of the tray? Seriously? Then a couple of days later - because I had a birthday reward for a free cinnamon wheel -I go ahead and order a papa's picks four cheese pizza on original dough. You would have thought I ordered a thin crust pizza, and very poorly prepared at that. This is a perfect example of the dough management and product preparation I complained about in the original, recent review. Hopefully somebody there will see this and train the employees to ensure quality products being prepared at this location. Feel free to contact me, you kind of owe me a pizza based on recent experiences I would say, to be fair. At any rate, pictures to follow.

Until this location improves their dough management, I won't be back. I guess it'll be a hit and miss thing but I'm going to give it a couple of months I guess. The last couple of times the dough either on the pizza or the cheesy bread or both has been very much substandard. Like it was old or something.

It's a shame. Used to be such a great product. Staff has been fine in terms of friendliness. It's product quality that's been the problem.

To top it off, management doesn't even seem to pay attention to these reviews. I can't imagine ignoring feedback from customers in managing a business.“

“We were there today, Wednesday, November 5, 2025 had a great server, Heidi! She made great recommendations and we decided to get the extra large obviously we could not eat it all and took some with us, but it was fabulous so many things included on that one! I cannot name them all we loved it! Highly recommended you give them a try and ask for a young lady server by the name of Heidi!“

“I love both Pizza King locations, but I do prefer the Jeffersonville location. It's smaller, usually less crowded since it doesn't have a train side, and the staff is very friendly. I love their pizza, it's my favorite place to eat! The only downside is the fact they are closed on Mondays.“

“Food was great like always ! Service from front counter girl was alright but could been better . Service from the young blonde hair man that was cooking is who delivered our food to us and he was very friendly . I had to go up and try to get dranks girl got snappy with me said we are making them we will bring them to you . I sat back down couple minutes later dranks was brought to us . I had to go back up again and get plates and napkins from same girl . Which this time she was talking on the phone . I spoke up and asked for plates and napkins she rolled her eyes and then grabbed some and handed me some . I went set down and ate . The cook that delivered pizza to our table came checked on us asked how was the pizza and seen if we needed anything . We thanked him and told him pizza was great and we was gonna need a box he grabbed us one and thanked us for coming in . Lot of memories going here over my younger years . I live 2 hours away now so I dint get to visit aa much as I would like . It was nice to enjoy a great pizza with my mother while I was in town .“

“Haven't had any pizza in about 3 years. Tonight my husband ordered a pizza and breadsticks for me. Delivery was right on the estimated time frame, pizza was hot, smelled and tasted delicious. Hit the spot! Thanks Pizza Hut!“

“Was concerned about gloves being worn but requested the employee use gloves on my wife's order and immediately got 1st class results. If you're into good food with excellent service , Austin at domino's on Charlestown road is awesome, the whole crew was willing and there to be professional and delivered not only great food but awesome service.“

“Food was good, fairly cheap, only problem I had is I found a strand of what looked like hair, but it was plastic, inside one of my bread sticks, thankfully I ripped the bread apart and it came right out, instead of me consuming it, steps should be taken to avoid something like that, so I was disappointed.“
