“One of the items I got from there today was a large strawberry milkshake. The milkshake was literally sour. I spoke with Makayla Bishop. She said she put my name down for a free large milkshake, but said that was the only option. She was friendly about it, but I could not imagine serving someone a sour milkshake, and telling them the only option was to try another one of our milkshakes. I think if I buy a soured milkshake from your company, and I want my money back, because I will never buy another milkshake there again, I should have that option. She did say that she made the milkshakes fresh today. but that doesn't mean that it wasn't sour. This is a really poor business practice, especially for a two-star restaurant. You need to start listening to your customers. I think she handled it the best she could. but there are obviously unethical people telling her they can't give money back, even if they are served inferior products. Due to your unethical policy, I will be reporting this incident to the health department. You really think I want a free milkshake? I came for good service, not replacement food. y You policy suggests that you think you are doing someone a favor by replacing dangerous food that you serve. I only visited, because my son wanted a milkshake, and now he said he will never want to go there again either.“

“I stopped by Rally's after hearing so much about their famous seasoned french fries. I was expecting something unforgettable, but honestly, they were just okay for me personally. I even bought a frozen bag of the fries months later to bake at home because I kept thinking maybe I had missed the magic the first time around.

That said, Rally’s is still a very well-known American fast-food brand with a classic drive-thru experience and a bold, recognizable style. The building design itself stands out immediately with its retro red, white, and black look, giving it that old-school roadside burger stop feeling. The drive-thru service was quick and convenient, especially if you’re passing through and want something fast and affordable.

Even though the fries didn’t completely live up to the hype for me, the rest of the menu may be where the real flavor shines for many people. It’s one of those iconic fast-food spots that feels very connected to American road-trip culture and quick comfort food.“

“Im not the type of person to normally leave a review, but the service was exceptional. I ordered a decently big order and I was impressed about how on top of things the lady taking orders was. “I had a solid experience at this Arby’s The food came out hot and fast and my roast beef sandwich was stacked just right The curly fries were crispy and flavorful and the service was friendly without feeling rushed The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the drink machine was a bit messy Other than that it was a great visit and I’d definitely come back“

The dining area was clean and well maintained, and the overall appearance of the restaurant was neat and welcoming. “Whoever made my bowl tonight did awesome. I had a bunch of specific stuff (lots of light stuff, including guac and sauces) to meet my dietary needs and they made my bowl perfectly. My husband’s cheese and carnitas bowl was perfect as always lol, but they did an exceptional job tonight and seemed to make the bowls with care.“

“I give all respect to people that show up to work, and work hard while there, on Saturday June 12, I went to this Arby's. All the rest of the places had lines, so not an issue there were 2 at the window and 4 in line. I waited for 10 minutes as the others drove off as no one took their orders. I waited 3 minutes and proceeded to pull to the window. No one was there, lights were on, but not a soul in sight. I understand staffing is an issue at the moment, but have the courtesy to post a sign on the speaker to let people know you are closed.“

Manager John ran the show like a seasoned fried-chicken maestro. The menu has changed a lot since our last visit, but John gave us spot-on recommendations that made ordering easy and actually fun.

Then there’s Adryan, the cook and clearly the wizard behind the fryer. Our food came out fresh, hot, and crispy—the kind of chicken that makes you pause mid-bite and just nod in approval.

And shoutout to Arie at the front counter! Super friendly, super helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in.

On top of that, the whole place was clean and well kept, which always makes the experience even better.

Long story short:
We came in hoping for decent chicken… and left feeling like we’d taken a time machine back to peak KFC.
