“One of the items I got from there today was a large strawberry milkshake. The milkshake was literally sour. I spoke with Makayla Bishop. She said she put my name down for a free large milkshake, but said that was the only option. She was friendly about it, but I could not imagine serving someone a sour milkshake, and telling them the only option was to try another one of our milkshakes. I think if I buy a soured milkshake from your company, and I want my money back, because I will never buy another milkshake there again, I should have that option. She did say that she made the milkshakes fresh today. but that doesn't mean that it wasn't sour. This is a really poor business practice, especially for a two-star restaurant. You need to start listening to your customers. I think she handled it the best she could. but there are obviously unethical people telling her they can't give money back, even if they are served inferior products. Due to your unethical policy, I will be reporting this incident to the health department. You really think I want a free milkshake? I came for good service, not replacement food. y You policy suggests that you think you are doing someone a favor by replacing dangerous food that you serve. I only visited, because my son wanted a milkshake, and now he said he will never want to go there again either.“

“I stopped by Rally's after hearing so much about their famous seasoned french fries. I was expecting something unforgettable, but honestly, they were just okay for me personally. I even bought a frozen bag of the fries months later to bake at home because I kept thinking maybe I had missed the magic the first time around.

That said, Rally’s is still a very well-known American fast-food brand with a classic drive-thru experience and a bold, recognizable style. The building design itself stands out immediately with its retro red, white, and black look, giving it that old-school roadside burger stop feeling. The drive-thru service was quick and convenient, especially if you’re passing through and want something fast and affordable.

Even though the fries didn’t completely live up to the hype for me, the rest of the menu may be where the real flavor shines for many people. It’s one of those iconic fast-food spots that feels very connected to American road-trip culture and quick comfort food.“

“This place is legit my favorite fast food place in New Albany. Partially because they don’t ever mess up my order and it’s always warm, and partially because the staff is always in a good mood and Over the top friendly.“

“Im not the type of person to normally leave a review, but the service was exceptional. I ordered a decently big order and I was impressed about how on top of things the lady taking orders was. Listed every item perfectly back to me without a slip up like it was as easy as breathing. Whoever was working on Friday, May 1st at about 8:20 pm, definitely deserves a raise👏👏“

“Whoever made my bowl tonight did awesome. I had a bunch of specific stuff (lots of light stuff, including guac and sauces) to meet my dietary needs and they made my bowl perfectly. My husband’s cheese and carnitas bowl was perfect as always lol, but they did an exceptional job tonight and seemed to make the bowls with care.“

“Walking in I was thinking wow it's beautiful inside I love it especially the red leather chairs and high ceilings. The ones working there were friendly and came right to the counter. All in all it's a very nice place to stop and have a quick bite or to take a loved one to a nice sit down restaurant. Oh and the have music which I love. Bathrooms are clean and there's even a bell to ring loving every second in here. Oh almost forgot the food is a wonderful delight SIMPLE and delicious. It was hard to eat with such a happy and big smile the whole time. There is a drive thru but I highly recommend taking the extra time and going inside to eat perfect atmosphere. It's risky eating and driving and you'd miss the whole arbys experience. Thank you everyone at Arby's for such a wonderful experience.“

“Stopped by Taco Bell in New Albany, Indiana before heading to class, and I was really pleased with the experience. The soft tacos were absolutely spot on and exactly what I was looking for. They were fresh, flavorful, and put together nicely, with a good balance of toppings and seasoning in every bite.

The food came out quickly, which was especially nice since I was on my way to class and didn’t have a lot of time to spare. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying, and the tacos made for a great quick meal without feeling like I had to sacrifice quality for convenience.

Overall, this was a solid visit to Taco Bell. The food was good, the service was efficient, and the soft tacos definitely hit the mark. I’d happily stop by again when I’m in the area and need a quick, tasty meal. Definitely a good experience before class!“

The dining area was clean and well maintained, and the overall appearance of the restaurant was neat and welcoming. The windows and glass were spotless, and the staff demonstrated strong food safety practices by wearing gloves while serving food. Customer service was friendly and professional.
