“I live hours away from the Prospect Papa Johns and wanted to treat some of my Prospect-area family members to a nice pizza dinner. I phoned the restaurant, and its manager, Ryan, worked with me and made the entire transaction painless. The next time I'm in the Louisville area, I will make it a priority to stop in at the Prosect location and to avail myself of their fine food and their hospitality. Go Broncos!“

“I think the owner and his family were serving us last time we went there. The sandwiches had generous amounts of ingredients, the service was friendly and competent. We liked our sandwiches. Nice clean restrooms too. Earlier times there, we also had the displeasure of dealing with the "rude girl". Hopefully she is no longer working there.“

“There is something to be said about a company that consistently sends the correct order with the same quality of service and product. I have frequented this particular location and they always get it right. My order is always correct and the quality is top notch.

“The food is good, and easy to order online. I did curbside pick up. But noticed a few people parking and going in to retrieve their curbside orders due to longer wait times. Took about 15 mins before my order was brought out. Other than that, it's great, I'll do drive thru next time.“

“"Chic Filet"!! What can I say except "exceptional Chicken Sandwiches"!! Excellent to taste! The employees wear neat, tidy, uniforms with a Tie. I like this idea of a dress code. I believe women can wear pants or skirts. My only complaint (if you can call it that), is the prices are higher than other fast food Restaurants. However, eating inside in comparison to others, the atmosphere is 100% higher than almost all others. Nothing more irritating than to sit down inside other fast food restaurants and overhear "Employees arguing at each other, SHOUTING or GOSSIPING LOUDLY, looking at customers and GIGGLING. OR more so having the attitude that they are doing US a FAVOR by WAITING or TAKING YOUR ORDER, and being PAID doing their LIGHT DUTY JOBS.“
