“Trey was very nice. He was nice and our food was out super fast. We went to walk up because we don't like the automated order taker.“

“I was in the area for work, and this place comes up on some lists for best burger, but they have other food including burritos. I ordered one, and they put what I wanted in it, and it rivals LaBamba's in Indianapolis for being as big as your head. You'll want a fork and knife to eat it.

It was delicious. Toppings were fresh and plentiful in variety and what they put in the burrito. I got the meal which comes with a side and drink. You could get a big bag of nachos or fries to go with it, and I went with fries. They can put salt, or several other flavors on them, and I chose cheese (I believe they call it queso) which was good, but wasn't what I would chose for fries. The drink is a rather large fountain drink, although they had run out of diet while I was there, so they gave me a 16oz bottle of Diet Coke.

Service was great. Both people working were friendly and helpful. I'm not 100% sure why this place gets so many 1 star ratings, but I saw no logical reason for them in my visit.

Since my work brings me to the area once every month or two, I'll have to drop by to try the burgers and nachos sometime later. Would highly recommend.

“I was doordashing and Nia was absolutely amazing. She was doing basically everything on her own. She is definitely a hard worker and determined. I can just tell. She was very kind even though I could tell she was tired. She needs a raise for what she does. Its also hot as hell in there and I brt its even worse in the kitchen so she absolutely deserves some recognition!“

“Not sure if it was the steak or sinus drainage but something about it didn't jive with me. The staff at the store however was upbeat and really seemed to have a good work life chemistry that makes rough customer facing jobs more bearable. Whatever you're doing to cultivate that sort of atmosphere, I'd encourage more of it.“

“Came to LJS for dinner and it was quite the experience. We ate in the restaurant and the staff was totally unexpected. I ordered a shrimp rice bowl with no rice and the chef offered to prepare it with lemon and then they accommodated my lack of rice appropriately and unexpectedly. The people who took the order were very friendly and attentive and three different people checked on our experience while we were eating. Food excellent. Staff excellent. Recommended. Everyone who has finished eating and left (about 5 people) have rung the bell, and I will too.“

“Food was ok but the gentleman working drive thru outside was very nice, patient and inviting even though it was really hot out. I bet he was tired and hot understandably so but you would never know by his demeanor and the way he spoke to customers. Good job to the gentleman working drive thru on Friday 8-7 around 2pm. I hope your Mgr reads this and acknowledges you.“

“Where do i start. I have been coming here almost every day for the last week and a half just having moved to Indiana after losing everything. I have my dog with me who will just lay there. I left a review on another taco bell by the airport in louisville they were aggresive hostile and disrespectful. That was the worst taco bell I've ever been in rude management etc. However this location I can't thank them enough for the kindness they've shown me the manager came out and greeted my dog asked me if I needed a bowl for him which I gladly accepted. He was extremely kind and empathetic. I've ordered here a few times when I can afford it while I wait to start my job next week. With everything I was dealing with they didn't press me why im here every day they made me feel very welcome greeted me with smiles and how are yous. The customer service is what I enjoy the most. I have nothing but praise for them . I never once saw any drama at this location between coworkers. A customer came in and made an employee cry and j felt bad but I saw the manager came to her asked her to go in the back to take some time and she did. That is a manager I wouldn't mind working for. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU ALL ARE DOING AMAZING.“

“Normally 50-60 cents cheaper on gas (regular), it's forced the surrounding gas stations to also lower theirs which is good for consumers. I live in New Albany and it's worth the trip to fill up gas here because NA is just far enough away where the prices for fuel are 50-70 cents higher.“
