The staff at the store however was upbeat and really seemed to have a good work life chemistry that makes rough customer facing jobs more bearable. Whatever you're doing to cultivate that sort of atmosphere, I'd encourage more of it.“

“I stopped by Subway for lunch and had a pretty good experience. I ordered a turkey footlong on Italian herbs and cheese with all the veggies, and everything tasted fresh and well put together. The bread was soft, and the ingredients looked like they had just been prepped. The staff was friendly and made the sandwich just how I asked, which I appreciated. The place was clean and not too busy, so I was in and out pretty quickly. It’s not something I’d crave all the time, but for a healthier fast food option, it definitely did the job.“

“I just went in to get a sandwich and needed to order a gluten free sandwich for my celiac daughter. Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much.
