“Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen who served me thursday sept 24th. I had some bad news so wasnt gonna be able to cook dinner. Walked in trying to grab some sandwiches. These gentle were so accommodating to all my sandwiches which needed this and not that. They ended up making me laugh and i bought a cookie. “My wife just ordered from here for lunch. Got home and opened my sandwich and it was wrong. My wife called and they gladly delivered me the correct sandwich. I am leaving a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. I don't know of too many restaurants that would have offered that. The person my wife spoke to on the phone was understanding and professional as well as the delivery driver. My order: Beach Club #12, what I received was a beach club with no bread. I have to admit that I ate some of the turkey and tomatoes from the wrong sandwich due to being on lunch break. We come to this location a lot and from this experience I will continue to support this location. Thank you again.“

“I’m so glad I decided to give Penn Station one more chance! After having a few disappointing experiences at the State Street location, I was hesitant, but since I had an appointment in Jeffersonville, I figured I’d stop in.
