“I have been a fan of Subway ever since they opened and I have eaten at most of them in Jefferson County.
This store is extremely clean and organized. A lot of them are understaffed. But this store had plenty of staff, who were friendly and fast. They were sandwiche artists. Enjoyed it greatly.“

“New workers don't pay attention to the online tickets. Ordered multi grain, got regular white. Put the three banana peppers on wrong sandwich. Understand they are new employees but need to teach them to pay attention to detail on sandwich. Not the 1st time I've had this issue, just the 1st time I've posted about it.“

“The girl in the drive through on March 25 around 745 PM was such an amazing human! I didn’t catch her name, but she was so pleasant and kind! Y’all gotta hire more people like her because 10/10 amazing customer service! Her whole demeanor turned a rough day right around, and I can’t say enough good things about her during our brief interaction!“

“Went today as they were doing 100% of proceeds to Special Olympics… that’s unheard of!!! Most businesses will say 10% or maybe 20%…. But 100% of proceeds to Special Olympics!!! Incredible generosity!! Really really good sub and chocolate chip cookies too! I’ll be back!“

“Went here on a whim this evening. Lived in the area my whole life and never popped in. I’ll definitely be going back! The staff was so friendly and the food was fantastic. The guy running counter was so cheerful which is very rare now adays and the lady who rang us out was so nice. Someone give these 2 a raise!“
“All these negative reviews are confusing to me because I have always had good experiences here. The people have always been nice to me. Remember, if you treat people badly they don’t appreciate it! Treat people how you want to be treated. In my experience it’s the customers that have been rude, not the employees. Don’t like the drive thru? How bout go in! They have about a million things going on, DoorDash orders, people in line, people in the drive thru and then people complaining at them as well! We go in people are nice. Sometimes the new people don’t make as good of sandwiches as the experienced people but long as you tell them what you want (more of this less of that) they’ll do it! We just went there again and there was a rude person that double parked. I really believe it’s the people/customers that go in here. They are the rude ones most of the time. Don’t be rude to them and you will have a better experience.“

“I ordered a protein bowl with rotisserie chicken, bacon, turkey, ham, & shredded cheese. It was beautiful, and the guy making it was superb! My Mom visited the day before and ordered a sub with turkey, ham, bacon, roast beef (club). She liked it so much she sent me back and I'm really glad she did. 5 stars (more if I could). We will be back, definitely.“

“I've been there about 10 times so far. Above average speed, food quality, and reliability.
The go to sub shop in the area, and it can get crowded to prove it.
I will be back and would advise getting the app if you plan on going.
