“I love going here after Archery practice. The manager is great, the service is good, and the staff is very friendly. We make it a tradition to go there after we're wrapped up with practice. I highly recommend for a quick dine in with quality food.“

“I stop at this location like once, sometimes twice, per month. My order has always been correct, fresh,fast and really good. The only reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is because the city of Shepherdsville is a tiny bit sketchy, and that's nothing Rally's could fix.“

“My debit card wouln't work at the drive thru window and before I could even offer another way to pay, Caroline, the employee paid for my meal for me. I was shocked at the kindness to a complete stranger. I go here 2-3 times a month and it's awesome to know that the employees care so much about the customers. Thanks Caroline!

“Had a wonderful experience! I was nervous since I’ve heard a lot of bad things about this one. But there was no wait. The drive throw lady was super nice. I did have to pull up to wait on my food but you could tell it was because it was JUST made, i got the Philly sandwich and curly fries 🔥“

“Perfect road trip stop! We stopped by this Arby's while passing through town from Paducah, KY heading back to Cincinnati area and it was a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. It's exactly what you want when you are out on the road. Highly recommended! This store is extremely clean and organized. A lot of them are understaffed. But this store had plenty of staff, who were friendly and fast. They were sandwiche artists. Enjoyed it greatly.“

“I've been there about 10 times so far. Above average speed, food quality, and reliability.
The go to sub shop in the area, and it can get crowded to prove it.
I will be back and would advise getting the app if you plan on going.

“They were super nice when I went in. I had been on the road in a different state for about 6.5 hours and had 2.5 left to go to get home. I needed lunch and a restroom and was allowed the use of facilities before ordering. The restaurant and restroom was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate it I dove into my food without pictures on the ride to another job heading out of state. Thank you five stars!!
