Paid $40 bucks for our food to have one of drinks have a long brown hair inside the cup it was half under ice and stuck to the side. We only found it was there cause we took the lid off to eat the ice. Purely disgusting. Called several times no one cares enough to answer the phone. This food is to expensive to have hair in it. Pull your hair back and keep it away from the food. No one wants your hair in the food you fix us. Poor service and gross standards.
Let me preface by saying I love zaxby’s. Customer service is usually good and the food is delicious. That said, we stopped at the one in Shepherdsville today and the cashier (Jade) was delightful. When I got my food I was disappointed. I paid for extra fries and got what appeared to be a child’s portion. And my kicker chicken was not tossed in sauce. There was a very small dot of sauce squirted in the middle.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great food and the best service. The food was hot like made to order hot, fresh, and the fries seasoned great. The environment was very welcoming and super clean. The service was fast and the Team Members are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond in dedication to their service. One employee, Caroline, made customers feel welcomed, ensured they were satisfied, and even paid for a meal for a customer whose debit card wouldn't work. Customers will always go to this Zaxby's and will make it their go to chicken spot.
