“My debit card wouln't work at the drive thru window and before I could even offer another way to pay, Caroline, the employee paid for my meal for me. I was shocked at the kindness to a complete stranger. I go here 2-3 times a month and it's awesome to know that the employees care so much about the customers. Thanks Caroline!

“From my house the one on Outerloop is supposedly closer to me but Outerloop has gotten my last two take out orders wrong. This new one in Shepherdsville not only got my order correct the fries here were very good. I don’t think Outerloop has changed the grease since it opened.“

“Best place to eat, staff that cares deeply!“

“I’ve been to Papa John’s in Shepherdsville several times, and overall it’s been a pretty good experience. The pizza is usually solid, with a good selection of toppings and that classic Papa John’s flavor. Their garlic sauce is always a nice addition, and it’s a convenient option when you’re looking for a pizza night at home or a quick meal for the family.“
