Chicken Wings in Bardstown

“I tried this place before but my first time at this particular location. I did not like this place the last time I tried it which had been a couple of years ago. I thought i would give it a second chance . Glad I did the wings was great had the atomic with ghost pepper ranch. It was absolutely awesome. Had the sampler for app the onion rings was good pickles was ok and the mozzarella sticks was ok. The girl that served us was not the best In The world. She was friendly. But a little slow on the drinks and was kinda short on A couple of questions we asked. But she was very nice. The visit was good. I would definitely go back.“

“Every single time I have come into this restaurant over the past few months, the workers have been absolutely amazing. They all are willing to help wether the come up to the front for something. They never stop trying to make us customers feel welcome. I do have to brag on Caroline! She always has a smile on her face, she makes it seem like a fun place to work, they all work so hard and laugh,smile while making us customers feel great too. I’m in healthcare and I would step out just to come work here in order to have all the fun they have! Keep it up BARDSTOWN zaxbys y’all ROCK!“

“nearly everything I ordered wasn't right. it was horrible and part of what I ordered online wasn't available and no refund could be issued. I submitted a complaint and can't wait to share photos once there is a response being no one would answer the store phone. ***I would like to edit this to say I have been, in a very timely manner, contacted by general management, and we look forward to a great experience in the future.“

“Placed order chicken tenders. Explained I wanted them soft on outside. I received the package and I gave the window attendant a good tip. The chicken was useless my dogs would not eat it. No spoon for slaw.“

“My household is full of allergies and they were super awesome about making LOTS of weird modifications on a Saturday night (I didn't realize what day it was) and they even helped me carry it out to the car. My only sadness is we can't eat there as often, now that we can't 😂“

“The workers are always so friendly. They get our food to us fast always. Hot, fresh, and delicious. However, these working conditions are HORRIBLE. The owners should be ashamed of how they treat these kids. AC doesn’t work hardly at all. When I ask why it’s so hot, the kids always say the OWNERS won’t turn it down! Ridiculous! If your AC sucks, get a new one for the sake of your workers! The workers are always friendly, but I can see how tired they are. Always short staffed, having to work incredibly hard. They are always open on holidays. Why are they working on Christmas eve when they should be with family! Fourth of July too? I mean come on, the past few years they have been working all these holidays! DO BETTER!!! They don’t deserve this!“

“I’ve heard bad things about them and I have had a bad experience or 2 but they have substantially stepped their game up and always polite and helpful inside. They have fun at work and people need to remember sometimes people have bad days and not always reflecting as a whole. Maybe your bad experiences they was super busy or etc but they delivered good food and haven’t had an issues from household in months I applaud them for the change and the positive atmosphere every time I’m in there“

“Overall not bad food. I didn't like the bread sticks. Just the way they were made. The wife wouldn't eat them at all. We got carryout so I didn't go in. The wife said someone's order was wrong, they ordered a 3 meat same as we did, so I think they gave them our pizza and made us wait even longer. Only her for the weekend, probably won't make it a point to go again.“
