Visited Zaxbys in Bardstown Ky right after they opened and this is what I found. (Sunday July 9th at 11:15 am. )The table, chairs,floor and window sill had not been cleaned. Crumbs and pieces of food everywhere. The floor was so greasy you could see your footprints. The fries were soggy and toast looked like it was cooked on a dirty grill.
Wings are as dry as dust.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed service. The service can be bad, with one manager closing a window and another pulling customers to the parking lot to wait. A curbside order required a 30-minute wait and a trip through the drive-thru to get the food, which was a little cold. However, the atmosphere at this location is the best, with great customer service and quality food. The manager is a rock star and deserves a promotion. Customers love the sauces and the ranch, and are glad the milkshakes came back. The new lemon pepper wings are excellent. Sometimes the fries need to be seasoned more, but other times they give extra seasoning.
