The food was just okay. The restaurant wasn’t clean. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned to be able to be seated. The customer service was lacking! They staff was standing around conversing and when approached acted as though you were interrupting them from hanging out and talking with one another. Would only return to eat here if I were in a pinch and there was no where else to eat.

Staff needs to pay more attention. Order extra chicken on salad came separate. Ordered honey mustard got nothing. Last time I ordered extra chicken on my salad I got a chicken finger in a container. They are fast I'll say that. But at the cost of customer service.

Zaxby's never disappoints... The line always goes fast, the employees are very friendly and most of all my order is always correct and my food is always hot and delicious... in my opinion this place is one of the best restaurants in Bardstown !

I really like Zaxbys. It is second to Canes, in my opinion, but still a much better option than Chick-fil-A. I like their sauce and sides, similar setup to Canes with a limited menu which I like, cause they are consistently good!!! ?

I usually like Zaxby's but not happy with this one. I got my food at the drive-thru, opened the box with my chicken sandwich. It was all apart from the bun and was cold. Fries were cold also. I went and and showed them the sandwich. They reluctantly made me another one which was together, but also cold.
