“I was in louisville for work, and I tried las chamas three times. I'll give a 4/5 because out of 3 times I was there the food was good twice. The only thing that stay consistent was la chicha; it was delicious but arepas were 1/3, pepito 2/3, hot dog 2/3 and customer service was always excellent.“

“One of the best experiences I had all day like a hungry caniac starving ready to eat my arm off the cashier Lou greeted me in a happy-go-lucky mood ready to get a order going full of energy and very friendly I had to get the manager just to praise Lou ! I always get consistently good service on Dixie highway at this raising Cane's I have never ever had a issue a messed up order or even left the parking lot irritated and that's easily done with me! My only problem with the franchise of raising Cane's is the fact that southern Indiana does not have the first they're everywhere else they are delicious and I crave it sometimes do yourself a favor and put one on veterans parkway!!!

“Raising Cane’s was a pretty good experience overall. The atmosphere inside was welcoming and lively, and you could definitely tell the location was busy. The food was decent and consistent with what I’ve come to expect from Raising Cane’s, and everything was enjoyable.

The biggest challenge was finding a parking spot. The parking lot was extremely crowded, which is probably a good problem for the restaurant to have because it clearly shows they’re getting plenty of business. Still, I think having some additional parking spaces would make the overall experience a little more convenient for customers.

The lady working at the counter was absolutely wonderful. She was super friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude, which really stood out during my visit. Great customer service can make a big difference, and she definitely made the experience better.

Overall, a solid visit with good food, a nice atmosphere, and excellent customer service. If they could improve the parking situation, I’d have a hard time finding much else to complain about.“

While it lacked the familiar soft serve texture, the custard was undeniably rich and sweet with excellent flavor. However, Planters still reigns as my gold standard in the world of frozen custard. Last night a young gentleman named Joel (Joelle, Joe L, something like that) was super helpful and kind, just generally seemed happy to be at work. I asked if a limited time menu was available, it wasn't, and he went above and beyond to suggest a similar item that's on the menu permanently. Then, when I got to the window he gave me the inside scoop on when the seasonal item would be in the store. Just a friendly chill dude who made a 10pm fast food visit enjoyable.

Ive had similar experiences with others on their night crew and all are pleasant and helpful. People like this ought to be celebrated more often.

“I visited their drive thru last night and was pleasantly surprised to find my meal was cheaper than it would have been had I ordered online from their website. It was almost 4 dollars less for a large 5 way and order of fries than I would have paid to place the order online and pick it up. There's really no upside to pre ordering since they have a drive thru and apparently you save money ordering on site.“
