Culver's frozen custard at 11801 Interchange Dr in Louisville, KY, offered a delightful treat during my road trip. As a self-proclaimed frozen custard snob with a penchant for Planters chocolate in WNY, I was pleasantly surprised by Culver's hand-scooped version.
