“Just had a wonderful experience, the staff was awesome at explaining everything to us as newbies. Took my husband axe throwing for Father’s Day and we had a blast! The atmosphere was lowkey and unassuming, and the other players were awesome at rooting everyone on despite us all being strangers. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose you’ll be guaranteed to have fun no matter what. The whole setup is so innovative but also very user friendly. We will definitely be back!“

“We have been in to Boombozz (Herr Ln) multiple times and Jordan Y is at the top of our list for service. She is amazing! We eat out often, and she stands out across the board.

The only reason we gave the atmosphere a 4 star is that it was a bit hot/humid in the restaurant.“

“The pizzas, especially the New York style, at Boombozz are very good. Th8s visit I tried one of their sandwiches, the Italian with a side Ceasar salad. It was very good and would get it again. “Good pizza option. Probably healthier. It's based on Chipotle copy-pasted line of production, but applied to pizza. The screen menues keep changing on a loop and that could be confusing. The branding department should consider expanding its menu screens to Spanish versions, technically is not a big deal. The store asks for tips, why? It's q fast food place. Are you not paying your employees enough, or it another cultural tax imposed on the consumer?“

When I got my order the dasher took a BITE of my boyfriend’s personal pan pizza, took my daughter’s pepperoni pizza, and my extra garlic bread. Here is the kicker I TIPPED 15% when I checked out, SO I’M INSTANTLY IRRITATED!! I called Derby City ofc they didn’t answer because it’s a busy Friday night. When I got there and told them what happened and showed them the food I received, the manager immediately called Door Dash and got the driver banned from delivering at any of their stores. At 9:54PM right as they were preparing to close they made my entire order over and gave us FREE brownies & drinks. The manager took it a step further and refunded my money on her own. We overindulged on some recommended reds, and thoroughly enjoyed sharing a few small plates and the dinner special of salmon over fettuccini pasta. We were pampered by the staff and treated to a birthday dessert. We can't wait to come back.“

“While traveling in Louisville, we decided we had to try Louisville style pizza, of course. The recommendation from Google and Yelp was Impellizzeri's hands down, so off we went! We arrived about 7 on Saturday night, it was busy, but we were able to be seated within 10 min. Amazing location with street parking available. Great selection of Bourbon and beers available, and a great menu. They offer 4 styles of pizza: thin, original, thick, and Sicilian. We went with original, and it was perfect crust, with a chewy edge. Louisville style is two layers of cheese and toppings, with a slightly thicker than thin crust. We loved it, but it's very filling. Lots of leftovers, which is never bad. We always get 16in to maximize our slice to pizza ratio. Service was fast and attentive, their pizzas do take longer than your average, but it was worth it. I think ours took about 25 min.“

“LOVED this place. We had an Airbnb around the corner during a bachelor party and came here the first night once we arrived. Only disappointment was the actual bar in the back (which looked really nice) didnt seem open during our stay, but the drinks were the same. We just ended up in the main dining area or outside. Drinks were awesome! Everyone loved the spot and ended up there almost every night during the weekend. The slices were amazing too, especially after long days of drinking. “Pizza's are great but tried a few new to us things for New Years and what a disappointment. Fries were obviously old and had been sitting under a heat lamp or similar. Threw them out after first taste. Whole Garlic "Loaf" was a sub roll cut in half. All of 6"-7" long. For it's price, not worth it either. Chocolate silk pie ($19.99) more crust than pie fillings. Save your money and just buy one from Kroger/Walmart/Meijers.“

“I recently made a review less than 24hrs ago because of the bad service I received last night at 2500 Bardstown road, I also sent a complaint email to corporate for this matter, under the impression that I probably won’t get a call or email back. I left my number on the email just to see if I get a call & surprisingly I did get a call from James the GM at that location while I was working. I then took a lunch break to return his call. He handled the situation perfectly and apologized for how this employee handled the situation the previous night. Jets do have a heart for their customers and really made sure I was contacted to get my side of the story. James is an amazing GM and I hope they hire more people like him to represent their brand. I would recommend Jets to anyone. He went ahead and put in the computer for 2 FREE large deep dish pizzas for the inconvenience that employee had caused. James for CEO ‼“

“We have been here several times with my son’s baseball / basketball teams after games. We love the family friendly atmosphere & sitting outside on a beautiful day tops it off. The kids always end up playing in the grassy field beside the deck & have the best time. Food is good, service is good & they handle large parties really well.“
