“First time trying Lupo and would definitely go back! Pepperoni pizza, pasta with pork, and cabbage were all very tasty options. The pizza crust was perfect and pizza itself had the right amount of toppings. Ranch was great. Overall the flavors were spot on and it looks like they have a great variety of unique flavor combinations. Nice patio seating and decently quick service. The restaurant itself was clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. They have a parking lot right next to the building, but it was full so we parked in the overfill lot across the street (not far at all) Would recommend!“

Absolutely one of the best executed non traditional pizzas I've ever had! Loved every single morsel. I will be back just as soon as possible to try all the other great looking pies on the menu as well as a few other offerings they serve. Tonight our 2.5 year old made her pizza, as kids get to go on Tuesday’s, and she absolutely loved it. “Our volleyball team ate here after our tournament play on Friday, 4/14/23. The pizza was out of this world, and the lasagna was a huge hit. “Came down to Louisville for my brother's birthday, and since we're self-proclaimed pizza aficionados, we chose to try this establishment after watching a more than convincing vid from a Louisville Youtuber on their deep dish pizza. It was pretty busy for an early Sunday afternoon and bustling with families. The decor is 1970s to a tee with lots of dark brown accents, but didn't appear to be "run-down" or "smelly" as other reviews indicated. We chose their deep dish pizza or how they refer to it as "pie" baked in a cast iron frying pan. It takes about an hour to cook so we ordered ahead and we forgot until we arrived that it's cash-only. It was a unique tasting pizza unlike any deep dish I've had before. I liked the mixing of all of the flavors from bite one, although the combination of veggies watered things down quite a bit. It didn't come pre-sliced which was disappointing as I'm not much of a pie cutter, and it made a kind of a mess as the crust is very thick and dense. Don't expect a buttery and flaky crust as it requires such a dough consistency to bake and hold everything together in the first place. I personally wasn't a fan of the crust, although my brother was. I would've preferred it softer so it could be easier to cut and have a mouthful of both the pizza contests and crust at the same time. I ended up scooping the contents from the pizza and leaving the crust alone. I would've liked to have tried their thin-crust as well, but was way too full. Maybe next time if we're ever down in Louisville again.“

“We visited on Monday, January 1st, and enjoyed the amazing food, particularly the thin crust and cheese bread appetizer. The waitress was fantastic, but the highlight was when I realized I lost a sentimental item – a "little people" doll I’ve had my whole life. I let my 1-year-old play with it briefly. After realizing it was missing, I returned to the restaurant, shared its importance, and the staff went above and beyond, even searching through the trash. The doll was found and I'm truly grateful for their exceptional service, and if I could, I would give both the food and staff a 20-star rating. Thank you for everything.“

“We’ve eaten at the other two locations before. Very good pizza. We purchased a Margherita Thin plus stuffed mushrooms to go. Probably shouldn’t have tried to go mushrooms. They tasted okay but not great. Unfortunately the pizza was also not that good. I’m assuming it was just a bad day. The dinner salad was mostly the thick/white part of iceberg lettuce. “Red Hot Chicken!? Red Hot Chicken would be better described as a mediocre, beer, pub buffalo chicken wings. Today the chicken was chewy and overcooked. Buffalo sauce would've been more mirrored to a place where they wear Tight shorts and tight shirts. Overall fabulous experience. Wonderful menu, great staff and the crabcakes are to fight for. Biggest suggestion I could make would be that the restaurant provide a lunch menu so as not to confuse the guest with items that were not able to be purchased until after 5 PM. When I return, it will definitely be after 5 PM and I'm looking forward to trying the lamb and the spaghetti.“
“We are in town for hockey this weekend and needed a place to grab an appetizer or two for lunch. Found Craft House Pizza on my maps app and headed over. We ordered the baked meatballs and bacon cheese fries. Oh so good! The marinara sauce was fabulous and the meatballs moist and seasoned well! The bacon cheese fries were delicious with their melted mozzarella and ranch for dipping. Our waitress super nice and helpful. Everything was so good, we went back for dinner. Dinner was a bacon cheeseburger pizza and we added their spicy pickles to it and asked for marinara as the base in stead of pizza sauce. NO REGRETS! It was the best pizza we've had in a long while! Ordered an old fashioned and their local beer that was similar to a Blue Moon. Both were great. Evening hours were busy but not packed. Great music, bar type atmosphere. Another great waitress that was super fun and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend eating here if you're in town! Next time we are here, we WILL come back! “A classic Louisville pizza spot (well, spots, I suppose, there are--happily--several locations...the one by Bowman Field is my usual). Pizza is great: it's an almost crackery crust, but not quite, giving it a unique, crispy bite that still has a little pleasant chew to it; plenty of toppings to choose from (and they're not stingy with them!); sauce is tasty, slightly sweet in a good way). There are other options too, some sandwiches and pastas (fond of the breadsticks--basically the pizza crust, dusted with some seasoning, pizza sauce and garlic butter for dipping; my daughter loves the baked spaghetti...she tends to have good taste!). “Long ago it felt like we came to Za's 2x/month and this continued for several years until we burned out. I'm sorry Za's, we'll be back soon! We came on a Saturday afternoon and our party of 8 easily got a table. Exactly how we remember, Za's lighting was dim and the windows were open. It was a bit warmer and we all felt a little flushed by the end of the meal. More air flow was needed. The breadsticks were amazing! A large amount, each one big, nicely seasoned and the marinara was flavorful. The cheese sticks were okay but didn't get me as excited. We had three pizzas amongst us and everyone chose a pick your own for toppings. Be warned that asking to split toppings on half the pizza is a charge for each one, despite using less. Service was friendly and fast. Our tickets got a bit jumbled and were fixed. Street parking. Many meters must be paid on the main strip, excluding Sundays.“
