“Had a day on the town and heard about this establishment. The Bartender Chelsea was amazing! I ordered a blackberry mule that was the best mule I had ever had. Food was good too as well. I got the garlic parm wings and the were amazing and cooked perfectly had loads of flavor. If you every come here check Chelsea out. she is one of the best bartenders in downtown Louisville.

When I got my order the dasher took a BITE of my boyfriend’s personal pan pizza, took my daughter’s pepperoni pizza, and my extra garlic bread. Here is the kicker I TIPPED 15% when I checked out, SO I’M INSTANTLY IRRITATED!! I called Derby City ofc they didn’t answer because it’s a busy Friday night. When I got there and told them what happened and showed them the food I received, the manager immediately called Door Dash and got the driver banned from delivering at any of their stores. At 9:54PM right as they were preparing to close they made my entire order over and gave us FREE brownies & drinks. The manager took it a step further and refunded my money on her own. “While traveling in Louisville, we decided we had to try Louisville style pizza, of course. The recommendation from Google and Yelp was Impellizzeri's hands down, so off we went! We arrived about 7 on Saturday night, it was busy, but we were able to be seated within 10 min. Amazing location with street parking available. Great selection of Bourbon and beers available, and a great menu. They offer 4 styles of pizza: thin, original, thick, and Sicilian. We went with original, and it was perfect crust, with a chewy edge. Louisville style is two layers of cheese and toppings, with a slightly thicker than thin crust. We loved it, but it's very filling. Lots of leftovers, which is never bad. We always get 16in to maximize our slice to pizza ratio. Service was fast and attentive, their pizzas do take longer than your average, but it was worth it. I think ours took about 25 min.“

The atmosphere was lowkey and unassuming, and the other players were awesome at rooting everyone on despite us all being strangers. “LOVED this place. We had an Airbnb around the corner during a bachelor party and came here the first night once we arrived. Only disappointment was the actual bar in the back (which looked really nice) didnt seem open during our stay, but the drinks were the same. We just ended up in the main dining area or outside. Drinks were awesome! Everyone loved the spot and ended up there almost every night during the weekend. The slices were amazing too, especially after long days of drinking. Threw them out after first taste. Whole Garlic "Loaf" was a sub roll cut in half. All of 6"-7" long. For it's price, not worth it either. Chocolate silk pie ($19.99) more crust than pie fillings. Save your money and just buy one from Kroger/Walmart/Meijers.“

“I recently made a review less than 24hrs ago because of the bad service I received last night at 2500 Bardstown road, I also sent a complaint email to corporate for this matter, under the impression that I probably won’t get a call or email back. I left my number on the email just to see if I get a call & surprisingly I did get a call from James the GM at that location while I was working. I then took a lunch break to return his call. He handled the situation perfectly and apologized for how this employee handled the situation the previous night. Jets do have a heart for their customers and really made sure I was contacted to get my side of the story. James is an amazing GM and I hope they hire more people like him to represent their brand. I would recommend Jets to anyone. He went ahead and put in the computer for 2 FREE large deep dish pizzas for the inconvenience that employee had caused. James for CEO ‼“

“This Domino’s is really good, I’ve ordered from this location often and usually it is amazing. Tonight I ordered pizza, pasta and a sandwich. Everything tasted great and was hot when delivered. I used to go to another Dominos and the pasta always tasted burnt or something, so I was nervous about getting it but the pasta didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend! Also, whenever I’ve gone into the restaurant to pick up my order, they are always super friendly, good atmosphere.“
