Considering I'm a Jersey Girl, I know a few things about pizza. I ordered a plain pie because I wanted to see how things really tasted. I liked the sauce, its more on the sweeter side rather than tangy and they used good quality cheese. Believe me you can tell. The size is actually much bigger than expected and this was one heavy pie! The only thing I didn't like was that it was very dense. Pizza is supposed to be light.
