“I just went in to get a sandwich and needed to order a gluten free sandwich for my celiac daughter. Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much. “The people that own and operate this location are super hard workers and extremely good at customer service. Today I placed an order through the subway app and a small mistake was made. The second it was brought to their attention they immediately went above and beyond to correct the oversight and tried giving me a free sandwich and cookie. I thanked them for their generosity and was quickly on my way.“

The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. The man tried to take the cheddar off and I told him not to worry about it. He told me he would make a new one. I said that wasn't necessary and it was no big deal. No reason to waste what was being made over some cheese! He added the provolone. He offered me fries, a drink whatever to make me happy! I declined. I said it would be fine. As a restaurant owner I know how hard things are right now but that is the kind of service you want to see when a mistake is made. Super nice people just trying to make it right!
