Good food
Chris and Alli (that might not be her name) were great!! The food was excellent.
It took 30 minutes to get a sandwich. It wasn't crowded. Slowest service I've ever had at Penn Station. Asked for it hot, and it's barely warm. Whoever is in charge here needs to have a word with the staff. Service was friendly, although I waited a few minutes before anyone took my order. Then I waited another 30 minutes. I don't often find myself near this particular PS location, so I think I'll just avoid it in the future.

Penn Station East Coast Subs provides a wonderful experience with fast and respectful service, even with a small staff. The young team cooks up great sandwiches every time. The Philly Cheese Steak sub is a standout, hot, and full of flavor, making the Lower Brownsboro Road location a favorite among customers.
