“The young lady azaria is soooo sweet and patient and kept a smile the entire time we were ordering. She made sure our order was fresh and correct and kept a friendly smile on her face the entire time. The other young lady left to go on break and left this girl by herself and she kept her smile the entire time.
I used to work for the owner of this store (TK) and he's always been a good genuine guy. So TK, if your reading this, I truly hope you acknowledge this young lady and somehow reward her for being great at her job and having great customer service.

“I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and I have gotten the same thing pretty much for this long, a subway club(the one with the roast beef ) my favorite cookie was the peanut butter back when they had it but I settle for macadamia. I do wish the company would bring the peanut butter cookies back , it was not broken so why try to fix it lol. I like going here because it’s fast, friendly , and fresh. Also, Wess has been there for such a long time it’s always good to see a friendly familiar face. The prices are a little higher now and days but that’s just like anything else ! Love it here .“

“The place would have been good. But the service was bot so great. People was friendly just got our order all wrong. The employee made it right. He gave me a refund for the food that was wrong and we still ate some of it. I will say this place was ridiculously over priced. You could tell the staff was having a rough time. Orders the broccoli cheese soup it tasted good. The baked potato was was way priced and did not taste good at all. Can't figure out how you mess up a baked potato? But definitely would bot order that again if I ever even went back. The club sandwich was ok even though it was the wrong sandwich. My son ordered the French dip he said it was good. I would like to try this place again some day. Just wish it was not so expensive.“

“These were so good & they weren't too high as far as price. They make it all right in front of you. There was a line when we went but it was also lunch time too so we expected it. But these were def some of the best ones we have ate locally & will def be back. Love the artwork on the take out boxes & paper that goes under ur food, it's pretty cool.
Parking: There's plenty of parking bc the parking lot in front of the building this is in is quite big & I've never seen it full or even close to full & we have been when there's been plenty of people there.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp & automatic doors for all entrances that we have found so that's always a plus.“

“If you like a good sub sandwich you can't go wrong. I know opinions differ and I'm a fan of just about any sandwich shop that don't give me food poisoning or bad service. But I have to say Jimmy John's was a game changer when they came to town.“

“I stopped by Subway just about 5 minutes before closing, and I have to say—Scott and Elijah absolutely went above and beyond. Instead of rushing or making me feel like an inconvenience, they were friendly, patient, and provided top-notch service the entire time.
They took pride in what they were doing, made my order perfectly, and kept a great attitude even at the end of a long day. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
Huge shoutout to Scott and Elijah—you guys represent Subway the right way! I’ll definitely be back because of the experience you gave me.“
“I have loved this Jimmy John’s for 4 years. It has never taken longer than 30 minutes to have subs delivered. Drivers are always respectful. Today, I wanted to post a review because I had a sub delivered and for the first time in 4 years, one of the subs wasn’t correct. I called, and they immediately sent another fixed one back out. They also included a free cookie which honestly, I really needed today. I’ll miss this spot when I leave 🤟🏼“
“...tasting to me so don't pay attention to the fake outrage people! A foot long tuna on wheat with lettuce, tomatos, onions and dash of pepper is spot on for a quick power lunch. Service can be slow with all the weirdos ordering their bougie sandwiches with extra cheese, oil & vinegar or toasted so be aware!“

“I went to Penn station in radcliff on 1/04/25. There were two employees working. A woman and man. Both were very kind, but they were having issues with their register. It kept declining people's credit card for some reason. But they did apologize for this happening. I purchased a regular philly steak sandwich and it was really good. No issues. Thanks to you both.“
