My wife and I stopped by here the other day and we had a very positive experience. First, this location accepted our coupon! That was very appreciated as many Louisville Subway locations do not. We were treated well by attentive and friendly employees who made us some great sandwiches. Thanks!
The people that own and operate this location are super hard workers and extremely good at customer service. Today I placed an order through the subway app and a small mistake was made. The second it was brought to their attention they immediately went above and beyond to correct the oversight and tried giving me a free sandwich and cookie. I thanked them for their generosity and was quickly on my way.
