This was one of the best mcdonalds in louisville but corporate decision to overly rely on kiosks is a huge mistake. Removing f2f interactions and only having 3 employees is not a great business model and probably not safe. The employees tonight were doing their best considering there was a swarm of teenagers. If I was franchise owner I would be pushing back hard on these kiosks .
Very quick and the food was prepared fresh and the staff was really welcoming
Mostly just getting coffee but big breakfast with hot cakes is great
