“This little boba place is close to my house and close to my heart. I always get the mango green tea with regular boba, I ask for specific sugar and ice options, and they always get it right (and fast!). Their app makes it easy to order and the staff almost always has my tea ready before I walk in. I probably wouldn't sit there to drink it, there's only a tiny counter with a few stools, but that doesn't bother me at all. It's a great place to drive by when I'm out on errands and need a pick me up. Thanks, Sharetea!“
“Friendly staff. Solid beer menu. Both indoor (heated and cooled) and outdoor play area with tons of staff watching over the dogs. My wife and I brought our two frenchies while they were doing Santa photos. We had a blast. They even allowed us to watch our favorite college football game with sound. We can’t wait to go back.“
“I KNEW this place was going to be really good (Chef Allan Rosenberg is really well known in these parts) but...all of my expectations were exceeded! We had the Korean Rib breakfast sandwhich and chicken and waffles. KILLER flavor profiles (and sauces). The place is a whole vibe and was purring like a well oiled unit, even though it was also Busy AF! Recommended!“
“They did NOT disappoint! Wow! We left with spices, perfume, Turkish delights & more ?. I love that they’re open so late, what a gem in our community!** the fruit was so fresh & the food was SO warm & generously portioned. 10/10.“
“Ntaba continues to serve excellence across their menu!Whether a meat pie (veg options available and delicious) or cafe, Ntaba is where it's at!Not to mention, if you're interested in an African Safari across one of the many and diverse countries... boom through Ntaba! We plan to visit Bornea, Madagascar, Botswana, and in the next two years! Cannot wait to support Ntaba!“
“Nice, clean and friendly. Good service and good food!Vegetarian options: I do know that they have a grilled cheese sandwich, which is good.Parking: Parking lot is on the side and in the rear. Street parking is available in the front of the building.“
“A must! Please visit. Fantastic coffee options. Delicious breakfast options. You can not find eggs cooked our with the spices offered here. My favorite breakfast dish is the crossiant egg sandwich. Fluffy, scrumptious, and packed with flavor!Ethiopian Injera that is gluten-free (unlike some local Ethiopian restaurants). A delicious and clean Ethiopian offering - without heavy oils.We always order the vegan Platter or chickpea stew for lunch/dinner.A cozy, cozy space to co-work, mingle. And enjoy!“
“On one hand, how have I not reviewed La Pana yet? It's such a delicious find! But on the other, yay to having the opportunity to sing my praises of La Pana! Love that I get this opportunity to write down how much I love this small walk-up window at Logan Street Market. So first of all, if you happen to be at LSM in the morning and you notice that La Pana is open and has baked goods for sale, JUMP ON IT! I've visited a few times to find them sold out. I love the lechecilla donut, which is coated in cinnamon sugar with a Oaxacan vanilla custard in it. It's a small donut, but just the size it needs to be to be a fun morning treat. Also good is the rol de canella con lechecilla, which reminds me of the lechecilla donut but made with flaky puff pastry instead. The strudel and croissant were also delicious. La Pana also has coffee, and if you find that a favorite pastry is sold out, I highly suggest you venture inside LSM and see what Safai Coffee has stocked, since they carry their pastries as well. Plus, you should take this opportunity to also visit sister restaurant Foko, which recently moved out of LSM into its own building at the corner of Kentucky and Logan streets.“
“This is what I imagine when I think of the coffeeshops I used to love. Not high retail like St*rbucks and whatever Heine Bros has become, and not industrial like most of the other local chains. This one is small, cozy, and packed with ambiance. A happy discovery!“
“5 stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can't believe I haven't been to this place sooner! We both got the Bahn Mi sandwich and it was great! I love that they have so many options too. They have lots of stuff that is vegetarian friendly. I also got boba tea and and was really impressed. The pearls were really soft and not too chewy. My husband who doesn't normally like boba said he actually liked it a lot at this place. They have many options and I want to come back and try one of the blended ones or the avocado shake. The owner was super friendly and customer service was the best in any of the restaurants I've been to in this area. Definitely recommend“
“absolutely amazing coffee ! i tried this cute spot for the first time and absolutely adored it. the coffee and flavors that they use are so amazing and on point. i loved the atmosphere of the shop as well, as they had a good amount of seating even though the space is smaller! the workers all were so kind on the day that i went, and made sure to answer all the questions i had since it was my first time there. 10/10 experience support local :)“
“OMGosh! This place is Heaven sent! They have delicious breakfast and lunch. The best desserts includes muffins. Their Cafe is decorated very beautifully in christmas decor. The service is fabulous! It's in Portland and is a hidden gem! Just what the neighbors need. They are a huge help to the needy. Their hot drinks are so delicious. I can't wait to go back!“
“A very lovely place, the staff truly care for the cats in their care and even with all the personalities, each cat had more than enough space to attune to its comfort. Whether that's sociable and playful or slow and on their own. I did adopt from here and love the new addition to our family but you don't have to. You can get some delicious food, a nice drink and enjoy time with or watching the furry friends.“
“Days is a quaint Cafe with wooden booths and a lounge with squishy chairs and a couch. You can enjoy your favorite coffee beverage, Chai, hot chocolate, apple cider, or choice of unique beverages. Pastries like scones are available to tempt your taste buds and accompany your beverage. Enjoy the atmosphere, or work on your laptop like a number of people do. I enjoy a nice coffee house that doesn't feel or look like a school cafeteria.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an entrance that is on the same level both inside and out. I'm not sure, though, if the counters and utensil island are set low enough to be called accessible. To me, a walking person at 5'3", it seems fairly low.The aisles are narrow and there are no designated places for wheelchairs to pull up to a table. It is a very narrow business place for a cafe. I even feel cramped.“
“I decided to try this coffee place which is in Hotel Marty. It's a small space with chairs and tables. Since it was December, they had some holiday themed drinks and I tried the white Christmas which is a white chocolate mocha and cinnamon flavor. They were doing some construction work at the time but it's a nice little place to catch up with friends and relax!“
“While the coffee at this charming little cafe is undeniably good, it falls just shy of greatness. The pursuit of the perfect cup is, however, momentarily hampered by the slight inconvenience of parking, which can be a bit of a challenge. On a brighter note, the service here is commendable, providing a welcoming and efficient touch to your coffee experience. Be mindful that on a leisurely Sunday morning, the available seating is somewhat limited, but the overall ambiance compensates for any spatial constraints, making it a cozy spot to savor your brew. In essence, while there are minor hiccups, the combination of good coffee, attentive service, and a snug atmosphere makes it a worthwhile visit.“
“Had a great experience hanging out with all of the cats with my wife and 2 teen boys. For my oldest 16th birthday! There was no pressure to adopt. The facility was clean and cute. The employees seemed caring and dedicated. Thanks for helping the cats ?“
“Really neat shop and great coffee! This was just a good experience, nothing to complain about. I got a seasonal latte and it was delightful. Smooth and flavorful. Everyone was nice and cheery in the cafe. I parked on the street no issue. Lots of seating too.“
“We all enjoyed our drinks. They were fine. Loved there everything bagels. Someone in our group chose a chocolate chip scone. They thought it was great. Things took awhile to get but it wasn’t really their fault. We tried them for the first time when a fall festival was happening right outside their doors.“
“Conveniently located downtown. Perfect place to grab a bite for breakfast or lunch. We came in at a moment when the place was very busy. The women behind the counter took care of everyone expeditiously! It was pretty impressive to see them get all the orders up without a hiccup. My husband loved his egg, cheese and croissant. He’s a coffee snob and gave this brew a thumbs up.“
“I have been a customer here for many years, off and on. The coffee was excellent as usual. I always like the music ?? Today, I enjoyed the cookie. I don't know what it is called. It was a white cookie with green stuff on top which looked like a clover ?Ten Roses out of Ten??????????Vegetarian options: This place is mostly about coffee and cookies.Parking: This place located in prime location in downtown Louisville so plenty of parking options.Kid-friendliness: Today, the kid was so excited about the cookie his father purchased for him. I was standing in line behind them so when the time came for me to order, I ordered the same cookie!Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible.“
“Awesome cafe and bakery. Stopped by for coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the pastry they offered. They were delicious and hit the spot. Many coffee options from espresso and the like to many different drip coffee options from other countries. Wish I had time to try other meals, like lunch but definitely next time.“
“We went to MozzaPi with our 4 year old grandson last night and had the best pie! The staff are amazing, welcoming and kind. We had a little spill incident with the 4 yo and they were so very understanding. Thank you to the lovely woman at the order counter. She rocks! The food was outstanding! Did I mention the food and how excellent it was? Well go and see for yourself. Highly recommended. We will be returning.“
“The bottomless mug was a first for me, and I loved choosing my own cup. I wish there were more study places like this around the country for a traveling student like myself. They have a free pantry and lots of literature for assistance. I'd visit here everything I'm in town. Businesses like this are a gem and need to be supported more. The outdoor patio was nice, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a more extroverted experience.“
“One of the few cafes in Lou that serves cake with their coffee. That's worth 5 stars by itself. Coffee is great, ambience is amazing. Extra points for staying open til 9. Ample seating. Only negative is that the parking lot out back is Paid parking. Staff did say parking across the street at Walgreens/Starbucks is free.“
“Got 12 oz iced vanilla latte with oat. Amazing. The syrup didn’t have that fake taste at all. They pull double shots so the 12 oz already had two shots. If you order extra shot ($1) it’s really like two extra shots. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Definitely will be back.“
“On this particular visit employees were participating in a strike due to union issues and my niece and I who visit this establishment regularly were asked not to go in however we did and the gentleman was offering drip coffee free for customers not our regular order but we did appreciate the service and his attitude was excellent we will continue to get our coffee there“
“Very pleasant spot to have a cup of coffee. Lots of seating indoors, with extra seating on a mezzanine level. Plenty of plugs and zippy wifi. Light pours in through the large windows along the front and one side of the building, and the lighting and decor complement the old bank building vibe. The outdoor seating is a little limited, but since it's right on a busy intersection, it's not an outdoor space in which you'd want to linger anyway.“
“Great coffee. Single origin batch brew was delicious. I enjoyed the space a lot; it's so nice when they roll up the garage door!Vibe was a little confusing, but I didn't mind too much. Super good thirdwave coffee in a space that resembles those classic second wave coffee roadhouses. Give them a try!“
“Great coffee, good treats. This location is much smaller and has far fewer baked goods than their Highlands location, but the drinks menu is the same.My go to is the Sana'ani and I highly recommend, especially to anyone who typically takes their coffee black.“
“this is the cutest little hole in the wall, we had the chance to speak to the owners and there such down to earth people, beside that i would recommend the “IDLEWILD” if you are a lover of croissants and eggs make sure you get one to eat and one to go bc its that good it just melts in your mouth can’t wait to come again.“
“We ordered coffee here for togo. The coffee was soooo good. It gave me energy, and the taste was amazing. The atmosphere is comfy and serene. The bathroom is accessible via a code. If you ask, they will tell you. The bathroom's vibe doesn't match the coffee shop's vibe. It had a bunch of graffiti and looked dirty. I would come back here to chill and drink coffee, though. We were here Saturday morning, and there were barely people. It still took time for three coffees to be made.“
“I stop in here every morning and get a tea and a doughnut and they are amazing since this place has opened i haven't touched a red bull the service is always top notch and fast the owner knows her customers by name and that means alot the store looks cute and gives me that coffee shop vibe i could definitely work from my computer there on there public wifi“
“Any coffee shop that I walk into and has Beastie Boys ‘Sabotage’ playing along with The Lords Prayer on the side gets my vote. Love seeing a little Jesus referenced with the good music. My mocha is also awesome! Not watered down, creamy, and just enough sweet for me. As soon as I move to Fort Knox, I’ll be visiting this coffee shop more often!“
“The best coffee shop in town! They have hot food, baked goods, coffee, tea, and wine/spirits. It’s a great cozy atmosphere, like you’re in someone’s home. The grilled cheese wasn’t on the menu but they feature it as a special sometimes. So I asked if they could make it and they did! Yum!! So cheesy!! I love the iced tea blend they use, and it’s the only place that doesn’t scald the almond milk when I get my lattes. The staff is super friendly as well! You can tell the owners are hands on and care about customer service as they were checking on orders and people waiting. I’ve been going here for years and I thought it was way past time for me to write a review. Great job Fante’s!! Keep it up!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair lift.“
“i came inside here and i was greeted by a man name Hudson, he was the best and even gave me a kiss. I would rate this a 9.5/10. Theres some handsome men in here boy I tell you. Even though I'm a 56 year old with children I love seeing the handsome men in the drinks area. Thank you for everything.“
“I have to say... I enter a lot of Speedway gas stations, all over Kentucky. But on this occasion and this location...the one right between the Hyundai and Toyota dealerships in St. Matthews, I was fortunate enough to meet, RAND.A large Burly man in his mid to late 40's with a tathered red & black flannel shirt, well worked industrial blue jeans, boots and an old bent up blue trucker hat that brought color to his salt n pepper beard. If Paul Bunyan had a twin, Rand would be him.I walked in, and was thrown off by the greeting ."Evenin." He stared at me while chugging half of his super big gulp in one sip."Hey.." I responded.."these dogs have seen their last days, huh?" I asked, referring To the hot dogs rotating on the hot rollers.Rand perked up like a puppy that just heard an unfamiliar sound."Those dogs are about to go out to the trash... " he said with grief. "I just hate to see a perfectly good dog go down like that".I stared at the wrinkly old set of dogs..and looked up at Rand with a hmph.."I'll buy em all.. "Thank you, Rand.. for being such a big lug. . You made my night. Much gratitude,-Lawrence Donini“
“Duck Donuts are the best doughnuts ever made especially if you eat them as soon as they are given too you better then Krispy Kreme in that regard also better then donuts that are served with glaze and are big as air my previous favorite if you didn’t like icing on doughnuts before the workers put just enough too make you not even notice I have never been addicted too doughnuts before these donuts will make you skip candy as your go too option I would suggest at least two you will know your office doesn’t care about your work performance at your job if they bring the team a box of donuts that are not these.“
“This facility is small, so be prepared to sit solo at a table top, stand, or get it to go. However, the food and beverages were good. Their egg & cheese bagel was fresh and the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte was nice. The prices were fair and the same as other coffee shops in the vicinity.“
“Barista Parlor is a quick and casual shop located in an office building. The latte and cappuccino were both excellent. The cappuccino was one of the few I’ve had in America that follow the traditional Coffee, milk, foam ratio - most other places just do coffee and milk. The barista was extremely friendly and attentive to anything we needed. We also had a jalapeño cheddar bagel that was fantastic as well. If you want a charming spot with great views and spectacular coffee, this is your place!“
“Awww we got heart ? shaped biscuits for Valentine’s Day. They were so cute but best of all they were so good!We had Basic Biscuits with bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese. We got side orders of fruit. The fruit was perfect. I had enough reward points to get Phil a free Mocha Coffee.Baylor took our order and it took us a few minutes to make up our minds on what we wanted to order. He was so sweet and waited patiently for us. We went and sat down and he brought everything to us. Then when we were finished eating, he cleared our table and chatted with us for a few minutes. It was kinda quiet this morning. But we sat and enjoyed ourselves. We will go back again!5 Valentine ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ food5 Valentine ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ staff5 Valentine ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ambiance“
“We are from South Africa and took our friends, who were visiting from CA over there. I bought some of the textured koffee mugs with the guinea fowls on there a while ago. My friend loved it so much, she just had to get some. We drove there from Independence, especially for that. Of course we couldn't resist all the SA goodies in their little shop. We bought some Rooibostee and Oumabeskuit (which we very much enjoyed in the icy cold weather today) as well as some other special SA stuff. Love this little coffee haus. It was worth the drive.“
“To the girl that sold me (Canadian girl with teapot earrings) the London Fog and had the coyote tooth necklace. You were really cool, funny, and cute. Best coffee shop experience ever, thank you! London fogs taste like fruit loops and I’m here for it.“
“VibesSaturday morning, you can smell Butchertown down the street... you walk up to this adorable building, you rush in.... the smells of Heaven hit you in the face ? You've arrived! You look to the left at the beautiful stone photo (I'm obsessed with it), you look forward and see a couple of people standing in line and a couple to the side. You walk to the line and see the fresh pastries all around, even handmade dog/cat treats! The menu is large and readable, hanging above the register. You decide you would like a flavored bagel with cream cheese, give your name, and you pay cash (also giving a little to the tip jar because you're a decent human ♡) You stand to the side with the excited others waiting for their treat bags. The music is a song from your childhood and you're humming along, nodding your head when suddenly "*YOUR NAME*" is called out!!! Here we go! Time to see if your friend who told you to go here was right...you find a seat in front of the rock picture (it's my review lol). You unwrap the bagel OH THEY RESPECTED THE SHMEARRRRRRRR!!!! Herb cream cheese is healthily packed between the tomato basil slices, you take a bite. This really is Heaven! You've needed this day for so so so so so long! Other shops just don't get it, they don't have the flavor! Tears begin streaming down your cheeks, blessed be! The Angels begin singing, there's a bright light that comes from the ceiling and washes over your body. You've been blessed by the Bagel God ?? You found your new spot! You feel the best you've felt since before the Pandemic, you want to write an amazing review....no...you NEED to write an amazing review! You go to thank your friend, they were right! They were there for you through the other store experiences...they understand your pain Have a wonderful day and spread love!-Your Friend who loves bagels“
“A really great coffee shop, with a great friendly staff, tasty food options, and delicious coffee. Their seating is quirky and fun, and there's a decent amount for a pretty small space. It'd be one of my absolute favorite spots in town and a five star spot no question, but MY GOD do they need to fix whatever the heck it is that makes that horrid, piercing feedback noise in the back room every couple minutes. It feels like a drillbit of sound burrowing into my brain through my ear and it absolutely ruins the atmosphere for me.“
“Just a few minutes after I got to this location, there was a customer who fainted and fell on the floor. I was so scared!! the only thing I could do was praying. But this review is to praise the staff of this location, they all managed to get involved in the situation, there is this barista, MADELIN, who stayed by the customer on the floor, along with another customer... AMUSING!!! Her efforts kept this man alive!!! They demonstrated to me that us, customers, are not business or numbers for them, but we are who matters the most!! I definitively feel save coming to this location because I will not be facing any bad circumstances alone. KEEP IT UP, YOU ALL WERE GREAT!!“
“I mostly go here for drive thru but recently went to sit inside and get some work done and was a big fan of the atmosphere. There’s only outlets at the 5 booth-like spaces against the wall but if you don’t care about outlets then there is plenty of other options for seating. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The drinks and food have a consistent taste and are pretty good every time.“
“The drinks here are decent...def better thank Starbucks...this location has a nice fireplace but honestly, the seating could be a bit more cozy. However, for the most part, this is a really nice location, the staff is friendly and learns your name.if you become a regular and the product is great.“
“Stopped by early on a Saturday while I was out walking my dogs. I happened to see another person with their dogs at the walk-up window and stopped by! What a great thing! I had a hot latte and a scone. Both were awesome and I’ll be back!“
“I had a fantastic experience with Endless Summer paddleboard company. It was a lot of fun, provided a great workout, and gave me the chance to meet some wonderful people. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for an enjoyable paddleboarding adventure!“
