“I’ve been pining to come here and try their lattes for a while and so glad that I finally did! We went on a Saturday and the staff was so sweet and helpful. I have celiacs so they made sure to ensure that any of their gluten free scones weren’t cross contaminated and also started me clear of drinks I couldn’t have. I ended up getting the chocolate scone and the Kiwa Signature iced latte. I love black sesame so this was a treat. My boyfriend got the Biscoff iced latte which came with a cookie! We can’t wait to come back and try more from the seasonal menu :) and I’ll be back to work remotely from this cafe soon for it’s serene atmosphere (it reminds me of an art gallery or an upscale cafe in a metro area)“

“I have been meaning to try this place forever and finally made it! I ordered a large got mocha and it was exquisite. The lady working was excellent and kind. They use sunergos beans here and in my humble opinion they are THE BEST. If you have a preteen with you fear not - they have primes in their fridge! I will definitely be back. SHOP LOCAL!“

“This is a fun little coffee shop that feels very old school: latte art, mismatched chairs, local art on the walls, people working remotely or meeting a friend at scattered tables.

All I've tried was the Americano, but it was great, and the employees are friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs and take pride in their foam art.

Be warned: parking is limited. Only about six spots in the parking lot and limited street parking on Willis. Plan a few extra minutes in case you have to walk a block.“

“Our family adopted Freyja ( the cat formally known as Madonna) from this great place. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The volunteer in the playroom was awesome as well. Freyja is one of the most loving and playful kittens we have had! She makes sure she cuddles with all 5 of us. When we are ready to add another member to the family we will definitely come here!“

“The veggie cream cheese is to die for and the coffee is so good! I love the jalapeño bagel but the everything bagel is also good! I always get the bagel and the veggie cream cheese or I live a little and get a breakfast sandwich with the veggie cream cheese on it! Not to mention, all of the staff is amazing and every time I come in there even the customers are amazing. I bring the baby in her car seat and they always grab the door. “My family and I wanted to try somewhere new for brunch. After looking at the pictures we decided to come here.
To start, parking is a bit tight. If you are handicapped it might be easier to park in the spots facing the street. (Obviously not the restaurants fault. Just wanted to mention that.)
Upon entering this place, it is very cozy & clean. You can order to go or take a seat at one of the several tables. It's refreshing to sit at a table, and the placemats actually stay in place. Silly detail, but it was noticed.
They have a lot of drink options and a good handful of food options. Unfortunately, they didn't have a couple of shake options or waffles available during our visit. Plan to go try these at a later date though. My husband had already eaten, so he just got some mozzarella sticks. My parents and I opted for some burgers and fries. Everyone liked their meals. Their fries had just the right amount of crunch, and the burgers were fresh / juicy.
Overall, this place is a hidden gem I'd suggest trying.

“I just tried this coffee for the first time and I have to say that I'm a fan. Not only does the coffee taste amazing but the service was equally as amazing. The only thing I didn't like was that the music was so loud I had trouble hearing the girl that was taking my order but I will gladly trade a little loud music for the top-notch service and tasty drink!“

“We had a waffle with chocolate and white chocolate drizzle on it. It was pretty tasty. Also bought one of their Kanuf candy bars. The ones that are trending as Dubai chocolate bars. There are eight dollars in there about the size of a regular candy bar. They taste pretty good. I think I'd like a bigger bar though with more of the filling. I think it may be family-owned. And I think maybe the mom does the cooking. What you order will be cooked fresh. I would probably go back if I ever visit there again as I was on vacation.“

“My boyfriend went here one morning to get us coffee before I had woken up. He was struggling to understand the menu as it’s a “how many creams and sugars” vs a “here’s this drink give me that based off a recipe you already have”. Anyway, the cashier was really nice to him and killed it when he told them to just make it how they thought it would be good. He awoke me with a delicious drink and even got himself a cute pin while he was there. Pretty cool spot and would go again if ever in the area.“

“My barista Abby really made my visit something special here. She made me a peppermint iceburg (something that was not on the menu) and quickly but was really friendly and she upped the size of my drink for me and let me use my rewards credit to pay for it so it was no charge to me. Thank you Abby for going above and beyond for me. You are awesome.“

“I do door dash deliveries from thos Starbucks alot each day. They always have an incredibly friendly staff with fantastic and quality serve. I typically do pick ups between 8 to 10a here and can honestly say I've never had an issue with staff there. All friendly, and effective at their work.

Parking: They parking lot for this place is quite huge so it's hard to run out of parking“

“I really like the way that this Cafe is set-up and it definitely has a very relaxing vibe. Moreso than your average coffee chain Cafe. Everything here is super comfortable, from the tables and comfortable chairs, to the relaxing music that is at a reasonable volume. For those reasons, this Cafe has be one my number one destination to come and do work, during the time that I'm here in Louisville. I came in at around 1w noon and even then there were 4 or 5 customers doing work on their laptops. There were at least employees that I saw working behind the counter, so ordering my drink was fast and painless. I ordered the large Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee. Additionally, I got the lueberry muffin to mun on. For the times that I e been here, its always been a chill and good esperience.“

“I always go to the drive thru. The service has always been fantastic. Always attentive and make eye contact, thank me for choosing to go to their coffee shop. I have lots of options.

I can get a gluten free morning glory muffin which is very exciting. They also have a GF chocolate scone that might have peanut butter chips, but that's too much sugar for me. Every time I ask if a coffee drink I want to try is dairy free or GF they have NEVER given me a hard time and ALWAYS offered to read me the labels. That is so very appreciated for someone with Celiac disease.

Dietary restrictions: Morning Glory Muffins and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Scones are gluten-free. There are alternative milks for non-dairy. They weren't sure if the oat milk was DF, so I went with almond or soy. Menu is marked w/GF for baked goods.“
