“Lovely coffee shop! I ordered a seasonal drink which was delightful. The rosemary scone was warmed up by the barista and was delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey, very relaxed. “I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.“

She made me a peppermint iceburg (something that was not on the menu) and quickly but was really friendly and she upped the size of my drink for me and let me use my rewards credit to pay for it so it was no charge to me. “I am a regular at the farmers market in Jeffersontown. first thing I do is head for the coffee get atleast 3 cups lol. Bought on of thier vikings mugs for my BF for fathers day. could not wait to give it to him a huge hit with him. the ladies that sell the coffee are super nice and knows what they are talking about.“

“I really wish I had asked permission to use the name of the person who helps me every time because they are genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve met. The atmosphere and coffee are exceptional, especially at this location. I’ve been to the location closer to Nulu a few times, and unfortunately it just isn’t the same experience.

No matter how busy or slow it is, the barista who usually helps me is always positive and welcoming. Today really took the cake. With the Norton Commons yard sale going on, there were probably eight people in front of me in line. Despite having only two people working, the line moved quickly, and from the time I got in line to the time I had my coffee in hand was less than 15 minutes. I still got the friendly conversation I’ve come to expect. They complimented my friend and me, and we had a short conversation about names and working in coffee shops.

It’s rare to find a place that consistently makes people feel welcome, but this location does exactly that. I couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s everything you look for in a coffee shop—great coffee, a wonderful atmosphere, kind people, and even spotless restrooms. Haha!“

“Always friendly, but sometimes the same drinks taste different depending on who's making what, I suppose. I get the Cinnamon Spice Tea, or House Blend quite a bit, and even with the same ingredients each time, sometimes it's nowhere near the same. And the scoops vs 1x-4x sweet can be ultra confusing. Overall, I still enjoy the new combinations!
Update - Aug 2026 - still friendly! Not found a stand I haven't liked. Some of them make the drinks a little different sometimes, though. Trying new drinks and combos is great, though!“

After experiencing incredible service and manners from very kind baristas, I had the best lemon poppy seed muffin of my life with my delicious, creamy latte. There is plenty of seating available with comfortable booths and chaises as well as tables and chairs, with outlet chargers accessible from just about every spot and free open wifi available. Soft jazz plays in the background of a productive and calm atmosphere. Prices are also reasonable, especially in today's economy. Just outdoors, the campus lawn with beautiful brick buildings creates a pleasant scenery - outdoor seating is also available. Highly recommend!“

“I am unsure if I ordered wrong or if they got my order wrong, either way they fixed my drink ans even let me keep the mess up. Super friendly! I am usually a 7brew customer but DutchBros is going to be my new go to. My stomach doesn't hurt when I sip on their drink like it does with my 7brew drink. “When I think of how a coffee shop should run, I think of Greg and the gang. I have gone there at 5:00 am everyday for the past year. (I have a sleep issue and wake up at 4:45 am everyday). I get a sugar free vanilla cold brew and it’s become routine. I’m diabetic. The highlight isn’t the drink, or quality of the product, it’s the crew. I’m talking about, Meghan, Rachel, Alex, Sydney, Justin(who even offered up a streaming service password to me), Bailey, Carson (the person who makes my drink like, 90% of the time and crushes it), and everyone else. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone there is a prime model employee. They also write on my cup.“
