The staff is incredible and always wonderful, the sweetest people. The atmosphere is A1 and coffee is always amazing. Customers come in a few times and the staff already knows their name. Service is great, drinks are delicious. A flat white ordered ahead is always fast, and they write something kind on the cup. Every single person greets customers when they walk in. The location is clean and spacious, a great place to sit with a friend or do work on a laptop with free wifi. The staff is friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to be sure orders are accurate. However, the strawberry creme frap never gets blended enough, with large chunks and unmixed areas in the bottoms and middle. The Krogers nearby is recommended for a better mix.
