Really good food and service. Clean facility. Hours keep varying though and they have been known to close really early. The best Loaded Potato soup I've ever had. The Pizza sandwich was also the best pizza sandwich I've ever had. You can tell the ingredients are top shelf. Also had excellent customer service (Taylorsville Rd store). Do yourself a flavor and eat here!!!

Was in the store yesterday. Even though very short handed I still received excellent service. My food was hot and fresh. I believe the manger short dark lady was the manager and a customer giving her a really hard time and she handled it very well and still provided great service. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and polite. Even told me about the potbelly app. I will be returning.
