I love Potbelly. We visited this store today at 11 am in anticipation of some delicious soup and sandwiches. Much to our disnay, the doors were locked. I'm not sure if it went out of business or if they were short-handed. There is no sign on the front doors. I'm super disappointed.

Great place for a quick bite! I had the Powerhouse salad and the fat free vinaigrette and spicy hummus mixture was awesome!!

Was in the store yesterday. Even though very short handed I still received excellent service. My food was hot and fresh. I believe the manger short dark lady was the manager and a customer giving her a really hard time and she handled it very well and still provided great service. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and polite. Even told me about the potbelly app. I will be returning.

Ordered online for pick up. Arrived after the time given waited 15 more min and the order was still wrong.I ordered a half sandwich and a salad. I received the wrong salad. I wasn't able to stay and get a new one since I was on my lunch break from work. Terrible service.1 lady was trying to do everything and 1 guy was just wondering around not helping at all.
