Big Macs used to be my favorite, but at most places they are just bland. Not today. It was perfect. All my food was. Even called to thank them for it. Would definitely go back to this location.“

“Kiwa Teahouse is such a gem. It’s my go-to place for studying and coffee. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a calm vibe that makes it easy to focus. The food is fresh and healthy (their salads are amazing), and the staff is very friendly. The owner is always present, making sure everything is perfect and interacting with customers — they really make you feel valued and remembered. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot to study or unwind, I definitely recommend Kiwa Teahouse.“

After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. “I spent my mornings here during my stay in Louisville during Louder Than Life. There was no better way to start your day than to chit chat to the beautiful owner of this place. I am missing my morning Americano brew and a yummy sandwich as I get back to my "normal" life here in Canada. If you are in the vicinity of this cafe, please do yourself a favor and drop in. I hope I get to make it back next year for LTL and a fresh brewed cup.“

The espresso is very very good, locally roasted by Ithmah Coffee Roaster. It has a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating. They also hold many events that you and your loved ones can attend. 10/10 would recommend!“

“If you are looking for top end coffee, Fante's has the best beans in town. They source directly with the farmers and hand roast everything themselves. Each bag is hand marked with the date/roast/etc.

I talked with one of their roasters, Derek, and he walked me through all the details about each blend. You could tell he was a craftsman and knew his art. Lots of different choices, and each bag brings out the best of what that particular bean or blend of beans has to offer. If you want to taste what coffee actually is supposed to taste like, get your beans here. Best in city!“

“My friends and I just spent 3 days in the Highlands, and we visited Safai Coffee every single day. Every drink we tried was fantastic, and every food item was delicious! We also stocked up on their awesome merch as well (yay LGBTQIA+ friendly businesses!). We are now back home in Illinois and I’m craving a Black Magic latte like crazy! “i usually just stick to my same old same old coffee order every time but i decided to spice it up a little and i asked my server trinity what she recommended . she was very thorough and asked me what flavors i would enjoy , what kind of drink vibe i’m going for , and if i had any special requirements that needed to be changed ( such as oat milk instead of regular milk ) she was so personable it made me feel like i was just talking to a friend ! the drink was amazing and is one of my new favorites thanks to trinity !!!“

“I finally got to drop by Switchboard. This place is literally down the street from where I work. They open at 7 AM and I’m not gonna lie, it’s been on my list for places to visit especially when you need that morning coffee! It’s part of the Myriad Hotel and it’s very adorable. They do coffee as well as cocktails. I decided to get a chai latte. The space is very inviting with a great ambience. They have ample seating which is a great option on a day where you have time to hang out. My dirty chai latte was very tasty with a shot of espresso. I can’t wait to go back and grab a pastry. It will make for a lovely treat on a workday.“
