“I met this morning with a smile; then ordered a Latte & breakfast this morning. The sevice was fast, especially for the morning.I've been working at a jobsite digging; I finished off my water faster than I thought. Due to being muddy, I didn't want to walk-in & track mud everywhere. A customer let me walk to the drive-in window. I asked if it was possible to get top off my bottle with water & I'd pay for it. They said that they could & enev offered ice.Thank you, Cole for your help at the window, your hospitality, kindness, professionalism, & patience.“
“Dietary restrictions: It would be wonderful if McDonald's could provide sugar-free syrup to go along with the pancakes. From a Diabetic that loves your hotcakes and sausage. Sadly, I can't order them anymore until sugar-free is provided along with regular syrup.Appreciate any consideration of this request and look forward to ejoy hotcakes and sausage again ?“
“Vegan Empanadas!! My husband and I were in Louisville overnight, and finding good vegan breakfast options can be tricky. We've been vegan for 10 years and this was the best breakfast dish we've had. Truly delicious. And the service was fantastic! Thanks for having a killer plant-based offering!!“
“OMG! I am so happy I found this place. I work right down the road and I stop by whenever I can in the morning for one of the bagel sandwiches from here! The service is always so wonderful and genuine, which I really value. The first time I went, I got a bacon egg and cheese on an asiago bagel. I knew from the jump that it was gonna be great when she said she added extra napkins. The egg was perfect; solid white with a beautifully runny yolk. I have since recommended it to my coworkers at work and routine grab them food on my way in. I unfortunately don't have a picture of the brekky bagel because it just doesn't survive long enough for a photo, but what I DO have a photo of is their pizza bagel, which I had on a lunch break recently. I'd been curious about the lunch menu, and I'm glad I stopped in. You know in The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy goes from Kansas to Oz and the film goes from sepia to technicolor? That's how this thing made me feel. Perfect ratio of sauce to cheese and the bagel was toasted perfectly. Not overly greasy or heavy on the stomach. I cannot recommend this place enough. I drive 20 minutes on my off days to go to it. Give it a try and support their business!“
“On one hand, how have I not reviewed La Pana yet? It's such a delicious find! But on the other, yay to having the opportunity to sing my praises of La Pana! Love that I get this opportunity to write down how much I love this small walk-up window at Logan Street Market. So first of all, if you happen to be at LSM in the morning and you notice that La Pana is open and has baked goods for sale, JUMP ON IT! I've visited a few times to find them sold out. I love the lechecilla donut, which is coated in cinnamon sugar with a Oaxacan vanilla custard in it. It's a small donut, but just the size it needs to be to be a fun morning treat. Also good is the rol de canella con lechecilla, which reminds me of the lechecilla donut but made with flaky puff pastry instead. The strudel and croissant were also delicious. La Pana also has coffee, and if you find that a favorite pastry is sold out, I highly suggest you venture inside LSM and see what Safai Coffee has stocked, since they carry their pastries as well. Plus, you should take this opportunity to also visit sister restaurant Foko, which recently moved out of LSM into its own building at the corner of Kentucky and Logan streets.“
“This is my go to coffee shop. I love stopping in here after a long days work. It is right on the river. I like to grab a coffee and walk the area. It is peaceful. The establishment itself is super clean. You can tell the staff here takes pride in what they do. Prices are your standard industry pricing. Parking is only on the street, but I've never really had trouble finding parking. The main stays of coffees they do are all great. The staff at this spot are chill, respectful, and very inviting.Vegetarian options: They have fruits, pastry, and cheese.Parking: You can park on the street. There is a public parking lot about a block away. There is also parking near the river.Wheelchair accessibility: Just roll in if you need to.“
“We went to MozzaPi with our 4 year old grandson last night and had the best pie! The staff are amazing, welcoming and kind. We had a little spill incident with the 4 yo and they were so very understanding. Thank you to the lovely woman at the order counter. She rocks! The food was outstanding! Did I mention the food and how excellent it was? Well go and see for yourself. Highly recommended. We will be returning.“
“This place is amazing. I actually forgot to take pictures because I was too distracted talking to the owner about the amazing atmosphere and Ethiopian language and his experiences as an immigrant in the US and his very fancy coffee machine that he was very proud of ("the Telsla of coffee makers", he called it! He showed me how it works, and it is - in fact - the Tesla of coffee machines). So not only was the service and atmosphere absolutely inviting, the quality of human interaction I experienced was remarkable. I spent a full hour just talking and asking questions and getting to know the people working that day. Also - they have a printer available for anyone to use (pay like $.15/page or something) - all you have to do is email them and tell them "hey im having this printed and I'm going to come get it in half an hour" - which is such a thoughtful service to offer, especially for those of us who dont have a home printer but still need to be able to print resumes and school assignments or various forms required for daily adult life. So - if you're just looking for a great cup of coffee or a tasty treat, I would highly recommend this place. My medium coffee and baklava (a generous serving) came out to $11 - very reasonably priced. If you are looking to connect with new people and experience a sense of community and perhaps indulge in a bit of cultural exchange, in addition to enjoying a delicious coffee, I can assure you that you wont be disappointed at Abol Cafe.“
“Love this place! Excellent coffee at great prices, and an inviting atmosphere. Several little nooks to tuck away in as well as a bigger space to sprawl out for games with multiple participants. Servers are polite and down to business. Do yourself a favor and skip the Mutant Mermaid and support local! This is what coffee should taste like.“
“I decided to try this coffee place which is in Hotel Marty. It's a small space with chairs and tables. Since it was December, they had some holiday themed drinks and I tried the white Christmas which is a white chocolate mocha and cinnamon flavor. They were doing some construction work at the time but it's a nice little place to catch up with friends and relax!“
“absolutely amazing coffee ! i tried this cute spot for the first time and absolutely adored it. the coffee and flavors that they use are so amazing and on point. i loved the atmosphere of the shop as well, as they had a good amount of seating even though the space is smaller! the workers all were so kind on the day that i went, and made sure to answer all the questions i had since it was my first time there. 10/10 experience support local :)“
“I have been here twice and love it. One day I hope to be in a position to adopt one of the lovely felines I got to play with.Their drinks are fantastic and so are their bakery items! They have a variety and of course everything has a feline name! The staff is wonderful and very accomodating, they will work with you as a walk in a lot of the time! (Except when they have pre scheduled events like the cookie night that I attended!)I hope to return soon! The cookie decorating event I attended-you go upstairs in the loft and decorate your cookies, then get to go down and cuddle kitties!“
“Awesome cafe and bakery. Stopped by for coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the pastry they offered. They were delicious and hit the spot. Many coffee options from espresso and the like to many different drip coffee options from other countries. Wish I had time to try other meals, like lunch but definitely next time.“
“While the coffee at this charming little cafe is undeniably good, it falls just shy of greatness. The pursuit of the perfect cup is, however, momentarily hampered by the slight inconvenience of parking, which can be a bit of a challenge. On a brighter note, the service here is commendable, providing a welcoming and efficient touch to your coffee experience. Be mindful that on a leisurely Sunday morning, the available seating is somewhat limited, but the overall ambiance compensates for any spatial constraints, making it a cozy spot to savor your brew. In essence, while there are minor hiccups, the combination of good coffee, attentive service, and a snug atmosphere makes it a worthwhile visit.“
“I have been a HUGE fan for many years. Their Asiago cheese bread is terrific as are their cheese Danish. Only thing I miss them being in Middletown, but I understand why they had to close... Happily I just go up to Brownsboro Road and get my fix.. You can't get a bad thing in there.... The only bad thing is what all you want to get and what you want to leave behind for someone else....“
“Really neat shop and great coffee! This was just a good experience, nothing to complain about. I got a seasonal latte and it was delightful. Smooth and flavorful. Everyone was nice and cheery in the cafe. I parked on the street no issue. Lots of seating too.“
“We love coming here, as a dog trainer I was a little skeptical of a dog park bar. I’m so glad I gave it a shot. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and is always ready to break up any ruffling of feathers, they’re incredibly welcoming to every patron, serve fantastic beer, and of course how can you not love dogs running around everywhere?! Absolutely in love with this place and will continue giving them my business.“
“This is such a cute store, they have a ton of different flavors of tea to choose from. I got the Lavender Shortbread and a sleepy tea. Both teas were really fun to drink. I really love the peppermint flavor that's in the sleepy tea! I would love to go back and purchase more.“
“Got 12 oz iced vanilla latte with oat. Amazing. The syrup didn’t have that fake taste at all. They pull double shots so the 12 oz already had two shots. If you order extra shot ($1) it’s really like two extra shots. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Definitely will be back.“
“I have been a customer here for many years, off and on. The coffee was excellent as usual. I always like the music ?? Today, I enjoyed the cookie. I don't know what it is called. It was a white cookie with green stuff on top which looked like a clover ?Ten Roses out of Ten??????????Vegetarian options: This place is mostly about coffee and cookies.Parking: This place located in prime location in downtown Louisville so plenty of parking options.Kid-friendliness: Today, the kid was so excited about the cookie his father purchased for him. I was standing in line behind them so when the time came for me to order, I ordered the same cookie!Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible.“
“Had a great experience hanging out with all of the cats with my wife and 2 teen boys. For my oldest 16th birthday! There was no pressure to adopt. The facility was clean and cute. The employees seemed caring and dedicated. Thanks for helping the cats ?“
“This is in a prime location on Bardestown road in an old bank building. They did a great job with the renovations and in the morning the sun beams in making the shop really toasty. When the weather is nice, I'd opt to sit outside. I ordered a matcha latte but was not asked what kind of milk or if I wanted any sweetener in it. It was a bit on the chalky side which makes me think they didn't mix it well but the quality was good. I also had a breakfast burrito which I believe had egg and cheese. It also came with a deep sauce that has a bit of a kick to it - delicious! The price is what got me, almost $20 for a small breakfast burrito and a matcha latte. Woof.“
“I would usually grab a latte to judge but I grabbed a smoothie instead. It was warm out. They have a way you can get their coffee beans grounded and they have great seating. I wish I could give you more info on their coffee but I used their coffee before to make at home myself and it was delicious! I would choose this place more often. They usually have many customers but the service is fast.Parking: They have about 6-7 regular parking spaces. Two are wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entry“
“Love their shakes & energy drinks . My favorite shake is the white chocolate blondie & my ultimate favorite energy is the flirtini . Their protein shakes are great for breakfast & after a workout. The atmosphere is professional & very friendly!Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly shakes“
“This location is so much better than the Louisville Middletown location! They actually fill up the large coffee and don't charge a dollar to fill it up. The Middletown location gave me a half full large coffee lol. Absolutely not. I will only ever go to this location.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free option“
“I’ve been wanting to try this coffee shop out for a while , my go to is usually coffee crossing , I usually have a hard time switching over . So excited I decided to give this shop a try today . Coffee is delicious ? and the vibe is everything ? ?“
“Great coffee, good treats. This location is much smaller and has far fewer baked goods than their Highlands location, but the drinks menu is the same.My go to is the Sana'ani and I highly recommend, especially to anyone who typically takes their coffee black.“
“We come here annually and indulge in half of the menu! Although it's honestly worth the 5 hour round trip it'd take to get them! The family that runs the place is so sweet and patient as we drooled over the cases. One of my family's favorite donut places ever, you won't be disappointed.Ps...try the donut holes for a mind-blowing treat.“
“You can never go wrong with a shake or tea from Ville Nutrition and Megan and Chris have done a phenomenal job bringing that to Middletown Nutrition as well! You will not be disappointed with anything here! Best shakes, teas, and owners around!“
“The best coffee shop in town! They have hot food, baked goods, coffee, tea, and wine/spirits. It’s a great cozy atmosphere, like you’re in someone’s home. The grilled cheese wasn’t on the menu but they feature it as a special sometimes. So I asked if they could make it and they did! Yum!! So cheesy!! I love the iced tea blend they use, and it’s the only place that doesn’t scald the almond milk when I get my lattes. The staff is super friendly as well! You can tell the owners are hands on and care about customer service as they were checking on orders and people waiting. I’ve been going here for years and I thought it was way past time for me to write a review. Great job Fante’s!! Keep it up!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair lift.“
“Barista Parlor is a quick and casual shop located in an office building. The latte and cappuccino were both excellent. The cappuccino was one of the few I’ve had in America that follow the traditional Coffee, milk, foam ratio - most other places just do coffee and milk. The barista was extremely friendly and attentive to anything we needed. We also had a jalapeño cheddar bagel that was fantastic as well. If you want a charming spot with great views and spectacular coffee, this is your place!“
“Duck Donuts are the best doughnuts ever made especially if you eat them as soon as they are given too you better then Krispy Kreme in that regard also better then donuts that are served with glaze and are big as air my previous favorite if you didn’t like icing on doughnuts before the workers put just enough too make you not even notice I have never been addicted too doughnuts before these donuts will make you skip candy as your go too option I would suggest at least two you will know your office doesn’t care about your work performance at your job if they bring the team a box of donuts that are not these.“
“Ntaba continues to serve excellence across their menu! Whether a meat pie (veg options available and delicious) or cafe, Ntaba is where it's at! Not to mention, if you're interested in an African Safari across one of the many and diverse countries... boom through Ntaba! We plan to visit Bornea, Madagascar, Botswana, and in the next two years! Cannot wait to support Ntaba!“
“Awesome little Coffee shop. 2 lanes, it’s right next to a traffic light, you get more coffee for a cheaper price and less of your time than you would across the street at Starbucks. Though the line over there has seemed to have gotten shorter since 7brew opened…“
“Went there for my first time today with my husband. He wanted wings and i wanted a burger lol...but we didnt want to go to a chain restaurant so we decided to give this place a shot. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. Service, food, atmosphere, prices!!! We will be back again alot sooner than later!“
“We had ordered from doordash and there were some mishaps with the order, despite the struggles of everything I am so grateful that there are still great customer service based restaurants out there. They were truly amazing and understanding and so helpful. Understanding that mistakes happen they truly did everything to make up for it. Grateful for the service we received and how much they care for their customers. I truly recommend. I wish I grabbed the names of everyone and wish I could thank them, but I really want to appreciate management for having amazing employees and a great management team to go with them.“
“Drive thru was fast and friendly. I got a blueberry latte and a blueberry lemon scone. The blueberry really shined in the latte. The scone had great flavor and texture. The staff I interacted with were fantastic. I don't like the set up where they have to verbally ask if you want to leave an optional tip vs just letting you select what to tip in the POS system. Look out for the sharp turn going from the ordering speaker to the drive thru window--it's very easy to get too close and scrape by the bushes there.“
“The barista was very friendly and gave great suggestions for coffee! I cannot remember his name, but he was a great personality to have at a coffee shop! The coffee is great as long as you have a shot of espresso. Other than that I feel like it's not strong enough! Good flavor though!“
“VibesSaturday morning, you can smell Butchertown down the street... you walk up to this adorable building, you rush in.... the smells of Heaven hit you in the face ? You've arrived! You look to the left at the beautiful stone photo (I'm obsessed with it), you look forward and see a couple of people standing in line and a couple to the side. You walk to the line and see the fresh pastries all around, even handmade dog/cat treats! The menu is large and readable, hanging above the register. You decide you would like a flavored bagel with cream cheese, give your name, and you pay cash (also giving a little to the tip jar because you're a decent human ♡) You stand to the side with the excited others waiting for their treat bags. The music is a song from your childhood and you're humming along, nodding your head when suddenly "*YOUR NAME*" is called out!!! Here we go! Time to see if your friend who told you to go here was right...you find a seat in front of the rock picture (it's my review lol). You unwrap the bagel OH THEY RESPECTED THE SHMEARRRRRRRR!!!! Herb cream cheese is healthily packed between the tomato basil slices, you take a bite. This really is Heaven! You've needed this day for so so so so so long! Other shops just don't get it, they don't have the flavor! Tears begin streaming down your cheeks, blessed be! The Angels begin singing, there's a bright light that comes from the ceiling and washes over your body. You've been blessed by the Bagel God ?? You found your new spot! You feel the best you've felt since before the Pandemic, you want to write an amazing review....no...you NEED to write an amazing review! You go to thank your friend, they were right! They were there for you through the other store experiences...they understand your pain Have a wonderful day and spread love!-Your Friend who loves bagels“
“Very moist Danish. The Cafe Miele is to DIE for. You have to understand that this is a prime location too. The Staff is a really great bunch of Guys and gals..THEY HAVE A STUDY ROOM FOR RESERVE!!!Vegetarian options: Danishes are meat free.Parking: unlimited“
“A really great coffee shop, with a great friendly staff, tasty food options, and delicious coffee. Their seating is quirky and fun, and there's a decent amount for a pretty small space. It'd be one of my absolute favorite spots in town and a five star spot no question, but MY GOD do they need to fix whatever the heck it is that makes that horrid, piercing feedback noise in the back room every couple minutes. It feels like a drillbit of sound burrowing into my brain through my ear and it absolutely ruins the atmosphere for me.“
“I have a small tradition; every Monday and Friday I stop for coffee for my coworker (and myself). There are two other Starbucks locations, with a drive thru, on my route but I always stop here.I take extra time to stop and walk-in to pick up my order because this location feels like my old routine. The atmosphere, the staff, just everything feels like an old friend.I had a career change but I use to work in St Matthews Mall. I went to the same Starbucks before work for 12 years. I knew everyone - I enjoyed chatting with the baristas and other mall employees before I had to open my store.I get the same feeling from this location.Big shoutout to the entire staff - y’all are amazing and I really enjoy our little ramblings in the morning. Thank you!“
“I just enjoyed a late afternoon coffee at this Heine Brothers location. I felt compelled to give them a good review on Yelp. I was especially pleased with the baristas, Ella, Nader and Danielle. They were helpful, efficient, kind and most importantly, friendly. I'll definitely return to this Heine Brothers. p.s. Their pastries looked fresh and delicious; I'll indulge on my next visit.“
“Stopped by early on a Saturday while I was out walking my dogs. I happened to see another person with their dogs at the walk-up window and stopped by! What a great thing! I had a hot latte and a scone. Both were awesome and I’ll be back!“
“Variety of coffee and tea based drinks, some snacks, and a very laid back feeling. There is a fireplace with sitting area, regular tables inside and a street-facing outdoor patio. The music isn't too loud for comfortable conversation. There is also a drive through.“
“To the girl that sold me (Canadian girl with teapot earrings) the London Fog and had the coyote tooth necklace. You were really cool, funny, and cute. Best coffee shop experience ever, thank you! London fogs taste like fruit loops and I’m here for it.“
“I tried a level 3 combo (peanut butter cookie dough shake and a cherry limeade tea) both were great! The menu was explained super well, there were lots of options for flavors and nutrition boosts. Location was cute and clean, staff was super friendly and helpful! I'll definitely be back!“
“The pastries were top notch and the coffee was delicious. I had an iced coffee with a couple flavor shots. They have a huge selection of options, including smoothies for those who don’t drink coffee! Their panini’s are also amazing! I had chicken prosciutto and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be back as a regular!“
“Damn Jeff, you got some good donuts and great servers!! Apple fritter and lemon filled blueberry donut were the jam, great basic glazed, and the peanut butter chocolate and salted caramel apple were deliciously delicious!!! Go and support this “
“I really like this cozy coffeehouse. It's adorable inside and a great place to meet friends. They have THE BEST chocolate chip cookies to take & bake. They've become a Christmas staple @ our house! I do wish there were more sugar free/sugar substitute drink options on the menu. If I could submit a suggestion, it would be that.“
