“I visit the Crestwood McDonald's for my favorite Caramel Mochiatto two extra I f caramel syrup and two extra of liquid sugar! They get it right every time and beats Starbucks hands down! I also think it's a must to give Your local fast food hero a nice tip when they go the extra mile for You and make Your experience exceptional for You because let's face it they are our heros between our busy lives and football practice or soccer ⚽ or dance business meetings and doctors appointments we are often times too busy to cook for ourselves and families these exceptional men and women get to know us and our preferences and if you ask nicely don't mind that extra mile to get it just right so to show you're appreciation spend an extra 5-10 on a good tip for their attention to detail and excellence and our mealtime Heroes!! So Thamks so much to my Crestwood Crew yall know who you are and they know me just by my order thanks yall are the best!!“

“Delicious coffee and lattes. Wonderful staff. Love the name as it reminds me of the Tamarack swamps in the UP of Michigan…without the thirty inches of recent snow!“

“I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.“
“I am a regular at the farmers market in Jeffersontown. first thing I do is head for the coffee get atleast 3 cups lol. Bought on of thier vikings mugs for my BF for fathers day. could not wait to give it to him a huge hit with him. the ladies that sell the coffee are super nice and knows what they are talking about.“
“I really wish I had asked permission to use the name of the person who helps me every time because they are genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve met. The atmosphere and coffee are exceptional, especially at this location. I’ve been to the location closer to Nulu a few times, and unfortunately it just isn’t the same experience.
No matter how busy or slow it is, the barista who usually helps me is always positive and welcoming. Today really took the cake. With the Norton Commons yard sale going on, there were probably eight people in front of me in line. Despite having only two people working, the line moved quickly, and from the time I got in line to the time I had my coffee in hand was less than 15 minutes. I still got the friendly conversation I’ve come to expect. They complimented my friend and me, and we had a short conversation about names and working in coffee shops.
It’s rare to find a place that consistently makes people feel welcome, but this location does exactly that. I couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s everything you look for in a coffee shop—great coffee, a wonderful atmosphere, kind people, and even spotless restrooms. Haha!“

“I am unsure if I ordered wrong or if they got my order wrong, either way they fixed my drink ans even let me keep the mess up. Super friendly! I am usually a 7brew customer but DutchBros is going to be my new go to. My stomach doesn't hurt when I sip on their drink like it does with my 7brew drink. I don't think their drinks are concentrated like the others which is GREAT news!!“
“All of my favorites have been excellent!! Double Chocolate is a huge hit with my niece! The Buttered Toffee is my newest favorite.“

“When I think of how a coffee shop should run, I think of Greg and the gang. I have gone there at 5:00 am everyday for the past year. (I have a sleep issue and wake up at 4:45 am everyday). I get a sugar free vanilla cold brew and it’s become routine. I’m diabetic. The highlight isn’t the drink, or quality of the product, it’s the crew. I’m talking about, Meghan, Rachel, Alex, Sydney, Justin(who even offered up a streaming service password to me), Bailey, Carson (the person who makes my drink like, 90% of the time and crushes it), and everyone else. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone there is a prime model employee. They also write on my cup.“
“Visited this location around three o'clock pm on a monday. This location is on a corner of high traffic. One way in and out. When leaving, just to get to Gene Snyder ( less than a quarter mile) took 20 mins at this time. Love 7 brew and their service but is a bad location.“
“I’ve been to 2 different 7Brew locations, Fort Walton Beach and Mobile. Both locations had super friendly staff and great coffee! Glad to have some choices in town!!“

“How do you tell a great barista ? They make your drinks come true !“
“I am addicted to the Blondie and the price is relatively low, but service at this location is hit or miss. Today the line is long. The staff normally works the cars in line taking orders, but today they are only working the car at the front of the line. Between orders the staff just sits there instead of taking the next order. I asked why since it’s normally not that way and the girl said someone was supposed to be taking orders from waiting cars but they can’t find her. They really need to hire at least one responsible adult.“

“Ok...so this isn't my closest Starbucks, but it's the only one I will go to now. Aside from the people that work there being amazing, they always make our drinks consistently perfect ❤ they go above and beyond making you feel welcome.
