My friends and I just spent 3 days in the Highlands, and we visited Safai Coffee every single day.
Every drink we tried was fantastic, and every food item was delicious!
We also stocked up on their awesome merch as well (yay LGBTQIA+ friendly businesses!).
We are now back home in Illinois and I’m craving a Black Magic latte like crazy!
We will definitely be back next time we are in Louisville! 🖤
Trifecta! I always, as I'm sure most do, rate based on food, staff, and dining area; and Safai could not have scored any better on all three. I'm a savory-breakfast food addict and the flavors folded into their crepes take me to a happy place (and not that I need to be taken anywhere because the dining area puts off some groovy vacation vibes). My experience was topped off with uber-friendly service (both when ordering and later when exiting). Just a solid experience!
