Just a few minutes after I got to this location, there was a customer who fainted and fell on the floor. I was so scared!! the only thing I could do was praying. But this review is to praise the staff of this location, they all managed to get involved in the situation, there is this barista, MADELIN, who stayed by the customer on the floor, along with another customer... Sometimes, they do forget our whipped topping but always fix it, and the matcha teaberg is so good! My son loves the vegan chorizo and black bean wraps. The scones are all delicious, and the cinnamon roll is as yummy as cinnabon! It's just a chill coffee shop and environment to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

Tasty fresh coffee. Variety of snack options. Fast efficient service. Chill atmosphere. My only issue with HB is the drive thru window. All HB locations let people put stickers on the drive thru windows. After a while these become tattered work and filthy . Seriously crusty. Yuck.
