How do you tell a great barista ? They make your drinks come true !
i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

I don't remember her/their name; but I remember how sweet and supportive she /they were with me while I took my time to review the menu. This wonderful soul gave me their favorites that helped inspire my ultimate decision. It's been awhile since I've been to this location.
