“Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“Good food but very upset that the menus are not the same from one restaurant to the next. I need gluten-free and dairy-free. The Omni slays it with the El Chingon but it's not available at Hurstbourne. Ughhhh. What a letdown. Please change this! I would order this meal every week or more.“

“Stopped by the Waffle House on Bardstown Road and had a good experience overall. The service was friendly and attentive, and my food came out quickly. The waffles were cooked just right with a great flavor, and the bacon was crispy and delicious. It was a solid breakfast, and the staff made the visit enjoyable. Definitely a good spot when you’re craving a classic Waffle House breakfast.“

“I love coming to this location. The food is ALWAYS FRESH AND SERVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I’ve been going to this location for a couple years now… this location is the BEST Waffle House. Philip is the BEST COOK! He always cooks the food with care. Philip is a great cook, Respectful and considerate of customers time.

“I go here all the time and tonight was the best customer service I've had from Aaliyah and the 2 cooks the other waitress decided that she wanted to sit and watch her crew work.. Anytime now that the 2 cooks or Aaliyah isn't there I won't go.. Great job u 3“

“Let me preface by saying, I hope this wasn’t the normal… and that maybe it was new staffing. But the service was subpar. Our food was wrong. I had to remind our waitress that I ordered a waffle (after the bill was delivered) our double orders of hash browns were less than why you got on a breakfast plate. Very unorganized. Food was decent (as much as expected for a Waffle House). I’d come again, but hope that service was better.“
