How do you mess up country ham, biscuit , red eye gravy and grits ? The biscuit tastes like they took biscuit dough and seasoned stuffing - mixed them two together and baked it and they were under cooked. The country ham was thin sliced deli ham they pan fried - not salty at all … no where near what country ham should be and the grits was still “sweet “ even after adding salt and pepper Horrible Horrible Horrible breakfast experience How do you mess up a basic...read full review
Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." Big Bad Breakfast - Brownsboro Crossing is a popular spot for a delicious meal. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including the phenomenal French toast, Huevos Rancheros grit bowl, and the delicious biscuit crumble. While the kitchen may be slow at times, the food is well worth the wait. The service can be hit or miss, but the friendly staff will ensure you have all you need. Recent visits have highlighted fast, friendly service and tasty food, although busy times can make the atmosphere noisy. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options, including areas for kids and adults to relax. The menu features a range of options, including the Bad BLT with gluten-free bread and the screaming demon. Customers appreciate the interesting building’s history and the nicely preserved architecture, which is beautifully decorated. However, there have been some less positive experiences, such as spoiled fruit in a fruit cup and inconsistent service. Overall, it remains a popular choice for a casual, enjoyable breakfast or brunch, with fun cocktails to enjoy, making it a great spot for a meal with family and friends.
