“I ordered a Ruben and when it arrived the toast was black and burnt. I never complain so I said nothing and tried to eat the sandwich but the toast was very hard. After trying to eat it I just gave up not wanted to be a bad customer and make my two adult friends uncomfortable. I just paid the bill $70.+and gave the server Emily a $20. tip. My friend ordered one of her usuals but the sauce was not what she normally gets. We were told that the cooks sometimes use whatever is available and finally just sent out a replacement with NO sauce. She finally just gave up and ate whatever she ordered. The third friend her husband avoided the situation. We finally gave up and I paid the bill with my Sky Miles AMEX card total $90.+ We came into the restaurant probably around 7:30 or 8pm. Sorry for the bother but it bothered me I've lived here since 1972.“

“My Mom, sisters, and I were in town for family. We decided to get a nice breakfast on the way out. We thought it was a Mom & Pop place but even though it’s a chain it was awesome! Our server was incredible (I wish I would’ve wrote her name down). We loved the coffee mugs and found out we could purchase them!!! We had four different meals and each one of them was delicious!!!“
