“I started going to Original Pancake house in 1970's in Illinois. Then in Arizona, California, and been to this one in Fishers a few times with family that lives here. Everything was great except your padded seats aren't padded anymore. They are all springs and very, very uncomfortable. I know everything is expensive now, but I am serious when I say my husband moved a bit and you could hear the spring make that cartoon "Boing:" noise. It was loud. Everything else is good and great as usual. I do love Original...always have, always will.“

The manager, Kramer, always comes out to say hello and chat for a few. If there is ever an issue, he is quick to fix it and goes beyond making sure the guests are happy.

Jazmin, our server, is one of our favorites! She greets us with a big smile and brings our drinks as we are sitting down. She even remembers what we order and has it sent back to the kitchen as she brings our drinks. She makes sure our food is perfect, keeps our drinks full and brings us the check when we are ready. If only every server could be this amazing!

We can be in and out in 30 minutes. The omelets are tasty. The amazing service keeps us going back. Thanks Kramer & Jasmin! Britney and Peggy are also great servers.“

I always get the breakfast burrito with chorizo and avocado for my two added ingredients plus the hash browns as my side. Their hash browns are the best! “These farm to table type breakfast places have always bothered me a bit. They're great if you want something lighter for breakfast—but let's be real here, sometimes you just want something smothered in sausage gravy. These places never seem to offer a good version of both things, so you end up needing to decide what you want to eat before you choose where to go. When I first tried First Watch, their menu was limited and I felt like my choices were either quinoa bowl, or an egg served with an arugula salad. Not exactly my style of breakfast. But I have kept coming back because each time it seems like the menu gets expanded and seasonal items are added, and I really appreciate that. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a veggie omelet, sometimes I want bacon and cheese. I'm glad there seem to be more options that play both sides of that now. The quality of the food has always been excellent, so with more options comes more interest from me. I'll keep coming back for now to continue to check out their new offerings, but still no breakfast arugula for me.“

“Owner is super cool and truly cares. She knows her customers by name. One day I went in on her day off and never got served after being seated. Not to mention that the waitress never came and checked on me and was half way apologetic for the inconvenience. I tried them again and informed Patty, and of course she made it right. They were very attentive, constantly bussed the table so it was clean, and just overall so sweet and friendly. The food was cooked well and it was just overall a pleasant experience. The food here was amazing! I ordered the Apple Pancake, which was cooked perfectly with a rich cinnamon flavor and soft texture. I would’ve preferred a little more crisp on the edges for contrast, but it was still delicious and full of flavor.

The fresh bacon completely made up for it—some of the best I’ve had in a long time. It was thick, crispy, and cooked just right. The breakfast burrito was great too, and the potatoes on the side were seasoned and cooked perfectly.

The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Overall, this is a great spot for a quality breakfast in the Indy- Noblesville area. Highly recommend checking it out!“

I am however curious why I was charged more for the sandwich(not the extras that makes sense) than what was presented on the menu? Maybe with the changes things are exactly accurate but It would be nice to know exactly what I’m paying before ordering.“
