“I absolutely love their chicken salad croissant. It’s a bit pricier than I’d like for a lunch place but the food is very flavorful. Their rice krispies are phenomenal as well. Kinda wish they made their own chips instead of using Ruffles personally. The shop is nice with lots of seating and an outdoor space as well. Street parking is a bit hard to find. Overall though this might be my favorite spot to meet with clients over lunch!“

“Been here numerous times. Service always outstanding. Food is mid. It isn't bad, it just doesn't stand out. Eggs were cooked perfectly, pancakes are big and fluffy, Belgian waffle was a little skimpy on fruit topping and less than normal amount of gravy on haystack (hash browns covered with gravy). Gravy lacked any depth of flavor and couldn't taste sausage in it. Kind of a let down for the price paid for each entree. Everything needed salt and pepper to give any flavor at all. Had good experiences in the past so maybe an off day or different cooks?“

“Solid portions and delicious. I was in town visiting for a concert and decided to give this place a try. I had the french toast on one day and crepes the next day. The strawberry oj was really good, but wish the serving size was a tad larger for the price. It was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was great (next to my hotel). I'd definitely recommend it and will definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.“

“This has become one of my family's favorite breakfast places. The service is good mostly Spanish speaking servers but they can navigate English really well. The place is very big and the service is really friendly. We have tried several things on the menu so far and have not been disappointed. A solid breakfast place every time.“

“It's my first time eating here and the food was excellent. The menu has an overwhelming amount of food to offer so you can either have breakfast or lunch they do close early at 3:00. Prices are normal prices for a breakfast or lunch menu. The amount of food you get is crazy. I have the reuben sandwich with potato soup on the potato soup was a side and it was awesome it did taste a little bit like you're having biscuits and gravy but it was really good. Restroom was very clean. Easy access with free parking. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely eat there again.“

Honestly the tacos were a very safe and vanilla choice and I regret it. It was fine, just not the flavor I was looking for. The huevos divorciados on the other hand…I wanted to lick the plate. “This is a hidden gem of the West 38th area. The first thing I noticed was how clean and spacious it was. The service was so good I tipped cash. The food was great, but it cooled off rather quickly. I’m sure my waiter would have reheated it if I had asked.

“Went to waffle house a few nights ago maybe more and was shocked to see the cook being screamed at and crying . She is to skilled to be working there I believe her name is tomisia .she needs more restaurant worthy pants but she's third shift only one at waffle house with white teeth and skills to run the grill best tbone I ever had I watched her pay for a little boys food who mother brought him in saying she couldn't feed him just to get lectured by an employee that was leaving seemed to be high and not just on weed . I think her name was kacy some of the employees drink have bad teeth and are on heroin . If you're gonna go to this waffle house make sure you do it on first or third shift.. only problem is the blonde on third shift has a nasty attitude and an extremely horrible vocabulary nothing but c*** and b**** all night long she called different customers the b word or the cook the cword all night the cook and several customers asked her to stop and it just continued . Not a good look for waffle house . But over all first shift manager Doug first shift servers Taylor and Marissa and third shift cooks Larry and tomisia needs to be praised for what they do if not for them y'all wouldn't have no business.“

“First time I'd been there. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and were seated immediately. The menu was extensive, and the prices as reasonable as anything is these days. The portions were huge; I took half of mine home to have for dinner. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I had the meat lovers omelet which came with hash browns and either pancakes or toast. I chose pancakes; they were fluffy, but they had been sprinkled with powdered sugar, which I don't like. If I'd known, I would have requested that be left off. The omelet was absolutely delicious. My friend's skillet came with feta cheese; she asked if she could leave that off and have sun dried tomatoes instead. The menu warned that substitutions could result in an additional charge, but the substitution only cost her $1, which I think is pretty good. One thing I really liked: when I looked at the suggested tip amounts, not only were they correct, but they had been figured on the price of the meal itself, not the tax. I rounded up anyway and left a full tip, because the service was excellent. We left a little before 11:00 a.m. and there was quite a line of people waiting to be seated, which I always think is an indication that the restaurant is good. I'll definitely be going back.“
