“while people seem to be review bombing over support in the Isreal v Palestine conflict which seems to be the hottest button in the world right now, my review is about the food, service, staff and atmosphere. The service is top notch, drinks on the tables in less than a minute and food out in less than 10 minutes, mind you we sat at a bar table that the bartenders take care of on top of serving the entire bar rail, they still got drinks out lighting fast and checked on us several times. the burgers were HUGE and delicious, and the fries were perfect. The selection of beers on tap were great and uncommon to find at other bars. the atmosphere was great, loved the music and it was just loud enough to vibe to while still being able to have an audible conversation. The staff was very accommodating and the hostess had a table cleaned off for us immediately, she and the bar staff were great! They have an open kitchen and it looks like the cooks enjoy what they do and have fun with it, which is nice to see and not very common. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.“

We walked in, immediately greeted, and the server gave a rundown of the menu being our first time. The food came our pretty quick and the food was incredible. “This is the anchor restaurant at the Holiday Inn by Airport at Indianapolis. I stayed at the hotel and purchase the breakfast ahead of time. On site, there is a sign says “buffet breakfast $14.99/person on spot or $10/person when purchased ahead of time”. The food selection is limited and no drink, you have to ask the server to bring whatever drinks you wanted. It is decent place for breakfast but it is definitely not a fancy place.“

They need to put the women on the fries and behind the scene. They attitudes are horrible. I could barely finish reciting my order before being cut off several times . I was never told my total .. i get to the window the lady had to ask another lady what my total was . I didn’t receive a receipt just a blank stare waiting for my payment without even being told how much i had to pay. Pls put Sunday back on the window ! His bright smile and energy is missed

“We met with Chilly Water staff and management to discuss an upcoming event partnership. I had not been to this spot before. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly. I tried a couple of beers and took some home. Very good! We went ahead and grabbed lunch before leaving and was not disappointed!“

Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made. Seriously. I’ll eat at five guys but ONLy in store. Worst DoorDash order. Ever. Having everything ordered on an in location giant app will sink Steak 'n Shake. I always went there in the past because of the wait staff. I only went to this location that day because it was the closest restaurant to where I was going. I don't tend to eat at the restaurant because it's so Impersonal now. That is quite sad to me.“
