“Loved the diner breakfast and quick friendly service.“

“We hosted those with ALS (Lou Gehrigs Terminal Disease) for a monthly luncheon at Plainfield Indiana’s BRU BURGER Restaurant and it was wonderful. We reserved the large back room because we had 7 Power Wheel Chairs, that take a lot of space and the ALS folks Care Givers and a the Indiana ALS Regional Director. Connor, the Restaurants manager and our Servers were tremendously accommodating to say the least. The service was exceptional! We could not have been any happier at the way this Bru Burger Location “Took Great Care” of every persons order, and continually checked on us to maintain their excellent attentiveness. I can truly say that with the 20 people who attended, who know theirs and their peers futures are a daily an ongoing challenge, that there was joy, laughter, encouragement and yes, a very wonderful solid camaraderie enjoyed by all. Our Thank You goes to Plainfield Bru Burger and their excellent staff for giving 20 people [who deal daily with such a devastating terminal disease], a very special day with two hours of genuine happiness. I do 100% recommend this great restaurant and I’ll say to everyone who is kind enough to read this review, this Bru Burger Restaurant will truly exceed your every expectation.

“I have to say, we drove from lafayette to come here. First, the food was delicious. We got cold fries and our waitress made sure we got hot fresh fries immediately. And the food itself was great.

The one thing that made this experience above all our others was our waitress. Kira was so nice, on top of things and knew how to provide top shelf service! We asked her if she could make us a drink not on the menu, a dirty chocolate coke. It was the best chocolate coke ive ever had! She is an amazing waitress and deserves top honors and everything that comes to her - promotion/raise/etc.. Red Robin, we will be back, thanks to Kira!“

They have absolutely amazing wing sauces, I love their pulled pork mac n cheese, & they've recently added smash burgers that are so good! highly recommend if you're in the Plainfield area!!“

“I try to come when I can in the mornings at this location mainly because it's not as busy and the standards of how they operate are a lot cleaner & better then most establishments. I have consistently gone for quite sometime now. There is a man named Ben there that has some of the best customer service I've experienced in a fast food drive-thru. You can tell he carries himself well and cares to make the experience pleasant. The manager Taylor also has a smile every morning on her face. These two continue to make my morning before work amazing. Thank you Ben & Taylor.“

“Horrible experience at this location just now. Paid for three medium blizzards that were 1/2 full and when asked to correct one of them they remade the blizzard with hardly any toppings in it, but refused to give it to me if I didn't give the other back. I'm so tired of the Plainfield location charging full price for 1/2 filled blizzards with hardly any of the pieces in it. Stop taking advantage of your community. DQ is too expensive to get ripped off. This isn't a one time experience. My family will take the drive to a different location.“

“Had a minor discrepancy on a previous order. Lilly the manager, made sure we'd not have that service and overly compensated us for the inconvenience. She was very kind and attentive! She didn't make it seem as if it were an inconvenience.

“I order late night usually, and tonight they were absolutely amazing!! I got a DoorDash order from them, and everything was still fresh and hot and delicious. I share my baconator fries with my dog, and I wanted all of them this time lol (he still got a lot don’t worry). I want to commend everybody who is working tonight (9pm on 5/10). Y’all are doing amazing, and I do appreciate it!! Thank you!!!“
