“As we arrived there was plenty of parking but when we walked in, we received several stares like they had never seen a black family before (myself, husband and 3 kids). We were seated all the way in the back (i thought we were going to the kitchen lol) but our waitress, even though she was new, was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food and my prickly pear margarita was soooo good! I would definitely come to Logans again but not that location.”

A Mexican, and white woman dressed like a cholo. She orders two iced coffees, and a pupcup. The lady looks in the back seat, and questions, “where’s the dog,” looking confused.

The the white lady, with lashes like she’d fly away in a strong wind, along with the undeportable US citizen both exclaim, “he’s right there,” as they both point and look at me sitting in the back seat with the dumbfounded look like I had just been caught with my cousin in the back seat of dad’s 1991 Chevy Cavalier.

Minutes later…

Out walks two coffees..AND a Pupcup…as I sit here tail wagging with excitement, I realize why Harley (our top performing staff member at work) gets so excited every time we find our way here…minutes later, my beard covered in whipped cream and sweet goodness…again, like I was caught with my sister in a 1991 Chevy Cavalier…and like my sister, she received a $10 tip!

“Today was my 1st visit and definitely not my last! I drove an hour to buy some goodies and I was not disappointed. The treats, the staff and the atmosphere were all great. Everyone was so friendly. You can tell they take pride in their shop and love what they do. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. Cheesecake 10 out of 10!! I’d definitely recommend!! Sugar cream pie, cupcakes and cherry cobbler were all amazing! If you’re in the area make a point to stop. You will leave with a bag of goodies and a smile on your face.”

“If we could give them more than a 5 Star rating we would! We had a party of 25+ people that we needed to reserve a room for an after engagement dinner and everyone we spoke with on the phone and at the restaurant were super helpful and accommodating. We have been customers for years and this was our first time having something this big. Hats off to all who were involved and making all of us feel so welcomed. They even gave the engagement couple a card signed by all the staff…..who does that anymore?? We are big on great customer service and it’s rare to find these days. Again, thank you everyone we are customers for life!”

“My wife, Adriana Laurens Andrews, love Sea Turtle but they didnt have it at the Plainfield Girls Basketball Game but the next night the brought us two special containers of sea turtle even though they were not serving it that night. Always great ice cream, great service, even the students that work there. Thank you both.”

“We came in on Memorial Day Saturday afternoon (aka the day before the Indy 500, an internationally recognized event that happens in this area and draws tens of thousands here each year) and was told there was only one server so to expect some waits. We are very simple so that was fine for us. Kayla was the single server in the building and you would not have known she was being run ragged. She was so pleasant and honestly- I wouldn’t have considered myself having to have waited for anything. I’ve had much worse service at much more staffed places. If I hadn’t been told she was the only server I probably wouldn’t have noticed. She was THAT good. The fact that Kayla kept the brewpub open and running smoothly on a (very important for this area) holiday weekend means she deserves a lot of respect and recognition from management. Kudos to Kayla. I hope she made absolute bank today. Also the food and beer were great. I do recommend this place (we actually had our first date here back when it was the Black Swan, which is why we were there), I just really wanted to accentuate the work that Kayla put in today.”

“When we come into Indy for the Indy mini half marathon, we always stay at the same hotel over by Nonna‘s so Italian so we could get our carbs in the night before. Well, this last weekend we were there for a family wedding and we ordered a pizza ahead so we could have it when we got to the hotel. It was all perfect till I got to the hotel and they called me to tell me we received the wrong pizza two people with the same last name ordered at the same time. They were so gracious and let us keep the pizza we had even though it was probably more expensive than what we had ordered, but we didn’t have much time to wait or return it. So gracious of them to make it so easy on us and let me tell you that pizza was delicious.”

“After my wonderful dining experience at Chili’s, I was walking out the door with my four friends and the deer door holder, Marcus, held the door for all four of our friends and continued a well held conversation with us, and he made complimented our shirts and made us feel very welcome at the Chili’s and we will definitely be coming back to see him again because his smile brightened our day and he just was the peak of my week and we would also like to shout out Trey (trouble), manager Adam, and server, Becky, who all made our experience phenomenal and definitely made us wanna come back. Thank you Plainfield chilies for all the memories. (ps marcus would be a great server)”

“The Applebee's in Plainfield, IN is open til midnight during the week day. Went on a Tuesday night around 11:15p. Placed a to-go order on site. The bartender was pleasant, took my order and order was prepared quickly. Entire process took about 15 minutes.”

The one thing that made this experience above all our others was our waitress. Kira was so nice, on top of things and knew how to provide top shelf service! We asked her if she could make us a drink not on the menu, a dirty chocolate coke. It was the best chocolate coke ive ever had! She is an amazing waitress and deserves top honors and everything that comes to her - promotion/raise/etc.. Red Robin, we will be back, thanks to Kira!”

“Nice crowded yet quick fast casual place. We had aalarge group of 9 and were accomodated easily! I had the ½ French Dip & a side of steamed broccoli. The beef was incredible, the sandwich was great and a good aize for the money. The broccoli was flavored really well and not overcooked which can be easy to do. The people ringing us out, bringing the food, g bussing were very warm and welcoming.”

“Ordered through mobile. Had 2 drinks, hubby and mine. I ordered an iced ube coconut macchiato and seems like they didn't add any coconut milk at all. I went inside and they fixed it for me. The atmosphere is just way to dark and dull for me, no color and/or brightness.😔 Some people like that kind of thing but I like my world with color and light.”

“I normally don't complain. The only issue I have with this location is that when you ask for extra of something, I don't get it. I had 2 sandwiches, which are good, but one had extra mushrooms, and the other had extra banana peppers, and neither had extra.”

“I have always liked Subway. Some are better than others. This was one of the better ones. I wish I could remember the name of the sub I got. I tried it because it was new, and it was very good. It was slightly Spicy, but not overly so. I don't like really spicy food because when food is really spicy I can't taste anything else. I think it was called a Spicy Italian Sub or something like that. I know Italian was in its name.”

“I don't understand any bad reviews on or of this place. It was the best Chinese food that I have had in central Indiana and I have tried almost all of them. The egg roll wasn't dripping oil, it was dripping chicken juices. Super fresh. The hot and sour soup was phenomenal. The hot and spicy pork with fried rice was cooked to perfection. I don't know who is in the kitchen, but they are a beast. If you give this place a bad review because your Doordash order showed up late and cold, that isn't the fault of the restaurant. Go sit down and eat there. It is amazing.”
