Sometimes people lack compassion, especially after a long day.But last night you truly exceeded my expectations.To some, my complaint may have seemed like, “She’s just spoiled, just eat it,” but you understood my concern and never once made me feel like I was being unreasonable. “Food was great, place was clean, staff was friendly, portions are 2 helpings, plus love how they cover sides like tomatoes lettuce etc with paper so sandwich doesn’t get soggy!! Price is a lil high but worth it!!! Gets you full fast 10/10!!“

“Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.
We waited 40 minutes just to place our order, even though there were only about four tables. Our drinks were never refilled unless we asked.
The reason for the slow service seemed to be that our waitress was trying to eat her lunch while serving tables, which felt unfair both for us as customers and for her as an employee.
To make things worse, the fries we ordered had a hair in them, and when we told the staff, they simply ignored it.
We used to come here when we wanted something quick and simple, but after this experience we won’t be coming back.“
