“Amazing all the way around!!!! My family was on vacation from Ohio and wanted to celebrate a birthday. Frances was amazing at helping me coordinate the party for 18 the day of within an hour! She got us a semi-private room with buffet style food which was super delicious. Taylor was our server and made sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying themselves. She was very attentive and extremely friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure the night was perfect, and this is very rare these days. We played putt putt afterward and had a blast! Customer service is top notch! Thank you to everyone at Birdie's for making a last minute event such a wonderful experience that we will always remember!“

“Normally I have no issues and the food is always amazing but today with my carry out order I feel differently. I had the district club and when I took a bite into it I was met with a piece of wood that stuck to the roof of my mouth. It appears the wooden spear was broken into the sandwich after taking a closer look. I would just be aware of this if your sandwich comes with one.“

“Been staying at the iron works hotel a lot due to having to be in Indy a lot lately. This place is basically attached to the hotel. We have had the pizza, burgers, black bean burger and beers. I did see a review their their soda is not the best and i will agree with that we couldn’t even drink it so not sure what’s up with that but we have been back so much because everything else is great. We will be back again at the end of the month and plan on going back. They were out of 4 packs of beer the last time to go and i was wondering why they couldn’t just sell 4 cans separately but hopefully they have them back in stock.“

“We came back from some work that we were doing. And it was about 10:20, rather than stopping at a fast food joint, we thought we'll get something decent to eat. The food was amazing. The service was great because there was a lot of offers going on. So the place was actually buzzing on a monday night.“

It was a pleasure to talk to her and she was professional and prompt from start to finish. I'll tell everyone I know to ask for her when they visit the 96th St location. The manger was awesome too! She was friendly and professional while seating us. And so positive and welcoming of our compliments we shared regarding Aicyla. “My son’s birthday was last night. He has had a dave and busters card for over 5 years that he has steadily built to over 50,000 points. Last night he lost it within 10m Of us being there. I had just loaded it with money. He was looking all over and so distraught. Our waitress- Angela noticed this and tried to help. As we all combed the place - she went to her manager (andre) and told him about the situation while we were looking. Within 30 minutes he had a new card (they used my credit card to track the point card number down) and all of it was moved to a new card. I just want to say thanks to our waitress who is such a caring person. We appreciated you took the time to help us and treated us like it mattered to you. And also to the manager.
