“This is MY NEIGHBORHOOD Applebees and let me tell you. I’m grateful for it. Only bar that’s open until midnight weekdays and later on weekends. Sit at the bar. There are several bartenders that will take such good care of you. (Isaac & Kylie are my favorites!) and the food is almost always great. Sometimes this guy will come in to eat and read off trivia questions just for fun! All that to say - this is Applebees. Get the oriental chicken salad with grilled chicken. Get the bourbon street steak. Get the apple dessert. Get the chicken quesadilla. And try a mudslide! Yummm.“

I had the district club and when I took a bite into it I was met with a piece of wood that stuck to the roof of my mouth. It appears the wooden spear was broken into the sandwich after taking a closer look. I would just be aware of this if your sandwich comes with one.“

“We were apartment hunting and decided to check this out for dinner.
Great ambience and a great place to hang out.
We got a pizza brussel sprouts and a wedge romaine salad.
The pizza was thin crust and had great flavor.
Brussel sprouts was an interesting pairing with cherries and mustard seed...it worked well, I think maybe slightly less of the mustard would have been nice.
The wedge salad is a classic and they did a great job with that.“

“Ordered the Ale Supremo pizza and ended up having to wait about an hour until we got it. No biggie. It happens. The manager (Diane) threw in a large order of wings, refunded our money, AND gave us a $20 gift card. Now THAT'S customer service! The food was absolutely delicious, too. Needless to say, we're Ale Emporium customers for life. Thank you!“

“Amazing all the way around!!!! My family was on vacation from Ohio and wanted to celebrate a birthday. Frances was amazing at helping me coordinate the party for 18 the day of within an hour! She got us a semi-private room with buffet style food which was super delicious. Taylor was our server and made sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying themselves. She was very attentive and extremely friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure the night was perfect, and this is very rare these days. We played putt putt afterward and had a blast! Customer service is top notch! Thank you to everyone at Birdie's for making a last minute event such a wonderful experience that we will always remember!“

“I've been visiting this bar since I moved here. I enjoy the long bar set up and appreciate all of the beers on draft options. Good tenders too.

Last night I had a little too much for me and feel like I forgot to tip. I'll be watching the charge on the card and if it's not higher than the base charge I'll be coming back with an appropriate tip.“

“Aicyla was the best server we have had at Applebee's, ever! She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and attentive. It was a pleasure to talk to her and she was professional and prompt from start to finish. I'll tell everyone I know to ask for her when they visit the 96th St location. The manger was awesome too! She was friendly and professional while seating us. And so positive and welcoming of our compliments we shared regarding Aicyla. By far the best restaurant experience my husband and I have had in a very long time!“

“My son’s birthday was last night. He has had a dave and busters card for over 5 years that he has steadily built to over 50,000 points. Last night he lost it within 10m Of us being there. I had just loaded it with money. He was looking all over and so distraught. Our waitress- Angela noticed this and tried to help. As we all combed the place - she went to her manager (andre) and told him about the situation while we were looking. Within 30 minutes he had a new card (they used my credit card to track the point card number down) and all of it was moved to a new card. I just want to say thanks to our waitress who is such a caring person. We appreciated you took the time to help us and treated us like it mattered to you. And also to the manager. Thank you Angela & Andre so much! My 15yo won’t forget that gesture of kindness! 🙏🏼“
