It was a pleasure to talk to her and she was professional and prompt from start to finish. I'll tell everyone I know to ask for her when they visit the 96th St location. The manger was awesome too! She was friendly and professional while seating us. And so positive and welcoming of our compliments we shared regarding Aicyla.
