My son’s birthday was last night. He has had a dave and busters card for over 5 years that he has steadily built to over 50,000 points. Last night he lost it within 10m Of us being there. I had just loaded it with money. He was looking all over and so distraught. Our waitress- Angela noticed this and tried to help. We can't rate this place high enough. As for the poor reviews, these people are picking at facts that are known before you walk in the door. Dave & Buster's isn't a Michelin Star rated restaurant... it is an entertainment venue to have a good time. Frustrating people have to be so negative about it having "ordinary food"... that is exactly as it is designed to be... ordinary food. This is a place to come, have a good time, enjoy some smiles, play some games, win some prizes.

Most of games were not functioning, groups of unruly kids (multiple) were running around breaking games that did work, the redemption center was a mess people (kids) were taking things and walking out. One staff person left while area was packed leaving 1 guy to assist and observe what was happening. These unruly kids were opening the items and throwing stuff where ever some prizes did not have ticket amount and we did not get all our points from playing games that paid out tickets....read full review
