Weapons being found in a ball pit should warrant a shut down and safety sweep! Absolutely will not return!
Sharing our experience for the parents who want to go later in the day during the week with their kids.
We have been 2 times now and they have closed everything down way earlier than expected. We show up probably between 5-6ish and they close at 8 on the weekdays. Our daughter made her way over to the rice pit area around 6:20 and 4min later, she and all the other kids in that area are told they are closing it at 6:30.
